Cats and dogs + Island living not working

Question

Since the update i have not been able to use either of these packs. They show up as owned when i open the game and look at my packs but when i go to the add ons menu they don’t show up at all, only in bundles. I can’t access any of the content in either packs. Both packs are purchased on the console and not on disc.

Give these steps a try to be sure these packs are fully installed to your console:

Restore the licenses on your console&nbsp;
Go to your&nbsp;Game Library&nbsp;
Scroll to&nbsp;Your Collection
Select&nbsp;The Sims 4
Scroll down to&nbsp;Add-Ons&nbsp;and locate your DLC here
Select the DLC in this list and select&nbsp;Install
When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

Please look over the transaction history on your console to verify that you're logging into the same account you had originally purchased these packs on.&nbsp;
