Apex legends game low fps

Hello my issue with the game is that i load into my game till it says proccesing and compiling shaders my fps is normal how they should be when i go in lobby game drops down to 15-20fps. nvidia control panel shows that apex is using my integrated gpu not dedicated. so i assume this is the problem i have changed apex exe file to use dedicated gpu but it doesnt.

i have redownloaded game like 6 times windows updates and even reset my pc to factory settings nothing helps.
