Crash
Since launch of early access today my hut keeps crashing. I've done everything from clearing cache to resetting entire playstation 5 and nothing. I can get to the early access screen and hit the dismiss button and it crashes going into the hut menu. So mad right now. When have the people out there are getting the rewards and games in on early acess and half of us have to wait for ea to address issue and fall behind other competitors. This is horrible.
FAILED TO RETRIEVE DATA
Every time I load a game I am met with this error code. I haven’t been able to play any game mode for over a week. I’ve had multiple discussions with EA, which result in my tickets being closed with “No Fix”. When can I expect an update on this? absolutely crazy that people spend money on things they can’t use

Game crashing or shutting off Xbox series x every second game tried clearing cache fresh resetting Xbox cleaned out the inside of the Xbox only game this happens on no issues with call of duty that works the Xbox 10x harder no reason for this to be happening for a game I just spent $120 on game isn’t even worth playing until this is fixedFranchise mode - slow sim and menus
When doing anything in franchise mode it's really slow compared to previous versions of the game. To make a roster move or just calendar sim is painful. Even from the stats screen there's so much lag trying to scroll up or down as it's trying to load the player faces in. It's a shame because the new main menu is so much more fluid that if it wasn't for the lag it'd be really good. I found if you close the game and restart the console it helps, but it'll just slow down again after a few minutes. I'm on PS5.Constant dashboarding and console crashing in NHL 25. Xbox Series X
Since launch I have dealt with consistent crashing while in game. Mostly during CHEL games but has happened in online versus as well as Be a pro. The screen goes black and I am sent to the xbox dashboard. Sometimes the console even shuts off. This is the only game that causes this issue. I can play other games for hours on end with no problem. This issue also seems to be happening more frequently as now I can hardly even finish a game without dashboarding. I have un-installed and re installed the game multiple times. I have factory reset my console. Nothing seems to work. I just want a fix for this as I love hockey and just want to play the game. EA PLEASE UPDATE YOUR GAME. My nhl crashes without fail on a daily basis. I have taken my xbox apart, cleaned it entirely and have tried every single fix possible that I could find online and still nothing. EA released an update saying they fixed the issue but this has been happening on and off since NHL22 for me. Extremely frustrating as all I play is EASHL and HUT and both of my records in this modes are destroyed because of this happening constantly. I have an xbox series x.
