in game packs
in game it says I own every single pack but they aren't installed and when I look on the ea app it then says I don't own them when I do I'm really lost I've lost a lot of money here if I can't resolve this issue someone please help the only one its actually letting me own and play in game is the vampires pack everything else needs installing/downloading but apparently I don't own them someone please help!
another problem I am having possibly unrelated to the first one is when I try to change any characters appearance or clothes from dressers it just crashes my game onto a loading screen I waited 3 hours for it to load and gave up absolutely nothing was happening.
my final issue is my game is so ridiculously laggy its constantly freezing possibly my own fault for cc and mods but I'm unsure any hep or advice would be great thanks!
