2 weeks since Reaper Rewards have actually worked
The reaper rewards event hasn't worked for 2 weeks now and I have no idea how to fix it. I was following other help threads online hoping to fix it myself but recently the ones I was following said they were fixed with the newest patch and that isn't the case for me. Its really annoying because I was logging on frequently to do the event but it stopped working ever since the ambrosia newsletter glitch and now I know I'm just gonna be missing out on all that time sensitive content with no way to actually earn it in time. The event pops up but I have no quest objectives. I tried to look them up online and complete them anyway, but it doesn't register any changes to the reaper event It started when I sped up the delivery of the ambrosia newsletter. I got an announcement as if my sim had picked it up ( which either was done autonomously and then also autonomously dropped before I could ever find it OR never actually happened ). The mail person was stuck in an endless loop of waving at the mailbox and all the reward objectives disappeared from the UI. Ive tried making new saves since then and even deleting the OG save to no avail About my game -I play on PC through the EA app -I have MC Command Center and UI cheats installed at the moment but this happened before I had installed those so I know its not them. -I've tried launching the game without mods installed, repairing the game, a clean uninstall and reinstall of the entire game and nothing has worked -My game is fully updated including the ''reaper reward patch'', which did not work either I have these packs : Expansions : all expansions except Lovestruck Stuff/ Game Packs : werewolves, wedding stories, vampires, realm of magic, strangerville, tiny living, spooky stuff, romantic garden, paranormal, outdoor retreat, nifty knitting, my first pet, luxury party, laundry day, jungle adventure, home chef hustle, dream home decorator, bowling night, backyard stuff & crystal creations Kits : grunge revival, simtimates, greenhouse haven, first fits, everyday clutter, fashion street, country kitchen, castle estate & blooming rooms Been trying to fix this for days and am honestly just really frustrated at this event since its timed and doesn't seem to even be working for most people ( at least according to what I've seen online. ) Hopefully they'll make this content accessible for those who have been trying to participate but have been unable due to all the glitches. Honestly I was very excited for this event and all the troubleshooting / glitches has made me not even want to play the Sims 4 right now[NKSP] [FR] [HSY] Residential Rental: Tenants can't send items on Plopsy/Trendi

The Sims 4: Heaven & Hell Expansion Pack Hear me out: I don’t know how to make suggestions, but if someone can get the attention of the Sims makers, it would be amazing. Concept Overview: The "Heaven & Hell" expansion pack introduces a new supernatural dimension for The Sims, where each Sim's afterlife is determined by their deeds in life. This journey begins after your Sim passes away, with a dramatic trial that determines if they ascend to Heaven or are condemned to Hell. Players can explore a new world filled with rewards, challenges, or eternal consequences. The Trial of the Grave: After a Sim dies, they must face the "Trial of the Grave," an interactive event that evaluates their actions and personality. The trial is presided over by celestial and infernal beings who weigh the choices the Sim made in life. Did they treat others kindly? Did they steal or cheat? Every action has consequences, and the trial can lead to three outcomes: eternal paradise in Heaven, punishment in Hell, or being stuck as a ghost. Players can influence the trial by selecting arguments in favor of or against the Sim. You could hide bad deeds or emphasize the good ones, adding a strategic layer to the judgment phase. The result isn't just based on a moral meter—it's complex and sometimes relies on luck. If ghosts fail to complete their tasks in time, they risk either being bound to the mortal world indefinitely, unable to interact with Heaven or Hell, or perishing entirely. These restless ghosts must rely on new opportunities or help from living Sims to get back on track and earn enough points to move on. Heaven: For Sims who led a virtuous life or passed their trial, Heaven awaits. Heaven is a peaceful world above the clouds, filled with lush gardens, golden palaces, and endless joy. Sims in Heaven can enjoy: Heavenly Rewards: Luxuries they were deprived of in life, like fulfilling relationships, rare luxuries, or even a dream home. Angelic Powers: Bless other Sims, grant positive moodlets, improve skills, or extend afterlife happiness. Gardens of Eternal Bliss: Explore gardens, harvest divine fruits, attend feasts, or play harp concerts. Heavenly Missions: Guide descendants, help others make good choices, or spread joy in Heaven. Heavenly Pets: Celestial pets like ethereal birds or angelic kittens. Heavenly Festival: Participate in "Cloud Bounce" parties, celestial banquets, or divine karaoke. Hell: For Sims who lived wickedly or failed their trial, Hell is their destination. Hell is an eerie underworld filled with fiery landscapes and mischievous spirits. Players who enjoy chaos can indulge in: Punishments & Torture: As Satan, decide punishments based on Sims' sins. Infernal Interactions: Form alliances, appease Satan, or attempt escape. Demonic Powers: Curse others, create chaos, or haunt the living. Escape Challenge: Undertake a nearly impossible challenge to escape. Hellish Pets: Mischievous pets like imps or fire-breathing dogs. Rebellion Week: Join with others to humorously rebel against Satan. Secret Words: Throughout the expansion, Sims may find "Secret Words" that unlock abilities or new areas. These words can temporarily allow a ghost to visit Heaven, grant immunity to a punishment, or unlock hidden areas. Heaven & Hell Cross-Interactions: Heavenly and Hellish Sims can interact across realms. Heavenly Sims can save lost souls in Hell, while Hellish Sims can sabotage Heaven. These interactions lead to dramatic stories of redemption or rivalry. New Traits, Aspirations, and Careers: Traits: Sims can have traits like "Virtuous," "Sinner," "Redeemer," or "Tempted." Aspirations: New aspirations like "Achieve Eternal Bliss" or "Rule the Underworld." Careers: "Celestial Guide" to help others in the afterlife or "Demonic Tempter" to sow chaos. Afterlife Customization: Customize Heaven or Hell to suit a Sim's personality—design gardens or chaotic underworlds. Living World Impact: Heavenly or Hellish Sims can influence the living by giving blessings or curses. Afterlife Parties: Sims can throw themed parties—Heavenly Sims can host celestial banquets, while Hellish Sims have infernal raves. In-Between World: If a ghost completes their tasks but has a balance of good and bad points, they enter an "In-Between World." This realm combines Heaven and Hell. In-Between World Details: Environment: Contrasting landscapes reflecting the Sim's good or evil leanings. Powers and Abilities: Limited access to both heavenly and demonic powers. Dual Quests: Unique quests that can tip the balance towards Heaven or Hell. Alliances and Rivalries: Form alliances with angelic or demonic beings. Judgment Opportunities: Periodic judgments to determine the Sim's fate. Social Interactions: Inspire or frighten the living. Living World Impact: Influence the living with blessings or curses. The In-Between World adds complexity to the afterlife, giving Sims a chance to explore their duality and decide their eternal fate. Summary: The Sims 4: Heaven & Hell is about exploring morality, consequences, and the joys or torments of the afterlife. Players decide which Sims deserve eternal happiness, who faces eternal damnation, and how legacies live on.7Views0likes0CommentsWhat Don't You Like About Outdoor Retreat?
Outdoor Retreat always seems to rate low on "Favourite Game Pack" polls. I love the outdoors and love camping. The little world looks stunning since the release of seasons. But I can't bring myself to buy Outdoor Retreat due to the negative polling. So (if you're not crazy about Outdoor Retreat) what makes it a less-than-wonderful pack? Or, if you like it, what makes it under-rated? Should I get it?1.2KViews3likes39CommentsPacks got Deleted!
I got a new computer and downloaded everything in my Sims 4 game to my External Hard Drive. Now when I plug it in to my new computer after getting the EA app, none of my packs are registering as me owning them. All of my CC is still there, but all my purchased DLC won't show up in the EA app as me owning it. What folder do my sims packs go in on the mac/external hard drive? No more sales on packs?
Sul Sul, I recently started playing about a half a year ago and would always get offered discounted packs or kits. I play on the PS4. Expansion packs would go 50% off and I think its the kit packs that would go like 10% off? I have so many more packs I want to buy just $40 for each pack is a little out of my budget:( Any help would be awesome. Thank you 😀54Views2likes3CommentsUpdate Idea??/New Pack Idea??
I feel like it would be great if maybe something along the lines of maybe 'Legacy Pack' or 'Nostalgia Pack' where it includes stuff from other Sims games that aren't in the sims 4 like for example, burglars. A good channel that compares sims 4 to the other games would be https://youtube.com/@theredplumbob?feature=shared So it would be great if they added a pack including everything/most that was left out of the Sims 4 that was in the other games like Sims 3 or Sims 2.12Views0likes0CommentsPlease, please fix the townie outfits. I can't take it anymore.
We REALLY need these random townie outfits to be fixed, ASAP. And it seems the more packs you have, the more outrageous the randomly generated outfits become. I think having or being able to save premade outfits are a great idea, that would make townie makeovers so much easier. Or at the very least, there should be a specific selection of outfits that have been put together by an actual person (Devs or otherwise) for the algorithm to choose from. The randomly generated Sims and their outfits are just a bit too, well, random. It is way too time consuming to fix every weird looking townie and their outfits. But I feel like I don't really have a choice because playing with them looking like that really bothers me lol. I also don't appreciate when I spend 3 hours in CAS meticulously planning 5 perfect outfits for every category....And then I see that sim out and about still in the most absurd get up ever. This not only happens to NPCs, but also my active or played households as well. Like why is my recently revamped Mortimer in a purple sequence vest, hiking boots, super short gyms shorts, with his eyebrow pierced and wearing a top hat...... Maybe its just because I have more packs now but I don't remember it ever being this bad before. This problem has become very pronounced. Also, even more than just the clothes, random generated townies even just look weird physically. The characteristics they end up with just don't fit together. Surely there has got to be a better algorithm to make normal looking townies (And by normal I just mean not a bizarre mish-mash of features. And not being dressed like an alien who saw a clown once and thinks this is how all humans dress) Like39Views3likes5Comments
