  • Are you sure you're signed into the correct EA account?  That's the main reason packs disappear.  Please check your purchase history on ea.com (Account Settings > Order History) to see whether the packs show up there.  If they don't, you're likely in the wrong account.

If you have no idea what account you used before, try signing into the EA App with any email address you have access to.  You can click "Forgot your password?" and get a password-recovery email; this only works when that address is tied to an EA account.

Yes, it is the correct account. I was playing earlier in the day and had everything before the update.

Do your packs still show as purchased on ea.com?  I'm asking just in case there's some other glitch with your account.

Please also let me know where you bought the packs and whether Steam or Epic is involved in any way.

  • This happened to me once last month. What I did was uninstalled my sims game and the EA app, cleaned my pc registry, restarted my pc, and then re-installed the EA app. Then, I was able to download base game and all my add-ons. Yes, it was a headache to go through all that, but it did work for me.

P.S. BEFORE doing all of that, if you don't want to lose any mods, saves, tray files, etc., BACKUP your game files! If you are successful in getting all add-ons back in your library, then you can copy back in your saved files. This way you won't lose anything important to you.

  • Hey were you able to fix this? All of my content is gone and i cannot for the love of god reach EA and i'm going insane.
