black screen when start up
Battlefield 6 causes complete system freeze and black screen – RX 9070 XT / Ryzen 7 7800X3D Platform: PC CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB OS: Windows 11 Pro AMD Driver: Adrenalin 26.7.1 I am reporting a serious stability issue with Battlefield 6 that I believe needs to be investigated properly. This is not a normal game crash. When the problem occurs, Battlefield 6 causes a complete system freeze followed by a black screen. The entire PC becomes unresponsive. I cannot return to the desktop, I cannot close the game, and normal Windows controls do not respond. The only way to recover is to forcefully restart the PC using the power/reset button. This is completely unacceptable for a game running on a new, high-end PC. I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D paired with an RX 9070 XT and I am running Windows 11 Pro with AMD Adrenalin 26.7.1. The system should absolutely not be hard-locking because of a game. What concerns me most is that this appears to be more than an isolated software crash. The fact that the display goes black and the entire operating system becomes completely unresponsive strongly suggests a serious interaction between Battlefield 6, the AMD graphics driver and/or the GPU. There are also other reports from users with RX 9070 XT systems experiencing very similar black-screen and hard-freeze behaviour in Battlefield 6. This makes me particularly concerned that there may be a broader compatibility or driver-related issue that needs to be addressed. What I expect I would like EA/DICE to investigate this as a system-level stability issue, rather than treating it as a normal game crash. A game crashing to the desktop is one thing. Forcing users to hard-reset their PCs because Battlefield 6 completely locks the system is something entirely different. I have invested in a new, powerful PC specifically to have a stable gaming experience. Having to physically force-restart the machine because of Battlefield 6 is not acceptable. Please investigate the interaction between: Battlefield 6 AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT AMD Adrenalin 26.7.1 Ryzen 7 7800X3D Windows 11 Pro and provide a proper explanation or fix. This issue needs to be taken seriously. I would also appreciate confirmation from EA/DICE as to whether the RX 9070 XT is currently a known source of hard freezes/black screens in Battlefield 6, and whether a driver or game-side fix is being worked on. This is not an issue I should have to work around indefinitely on a new PC.
Stuck on Blue Loading Screen prior to Menu
Game appears to freeze once you enter the game on a blue loading screen before the menu options have even appeared. I have had this game for 6 days and still haven’t been able to play it. The most popular server under PORTAL/SERVER BROWSER/EXPERIENCES is JETS AND HELICOPTER TRAINING 24/7 OPERATION FIRESTORM. It has over 7000 likes. The server has been unplayable since yesterday. It might be related to the Top Gun update. You can log in and it loads up, but as soon as you spawn it says RETURN TO COMBAT AREA and you die a few seconds later. Can someone look into this? Hello EA Support, I’m having a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (Steam). For the past 4 days, I have been unable to access Ultimate Team. I keep receiving the message saying that a major update is available and that I need to enter Ultimate Team, restart the game, and accept the TU download. I restarted the game multiple times, but the TU download never appears and Ultimate Team still does not work. I also checked Steam for updates and downloaded a 41.6 MB FC 26 update. After installing it, the problem is still exactly the same. I have also verified the game files through Steam and restarted both Steam and the game, but nothing fixed the issue. Could you please check my account/server connection and tell me what is preventing Ultimate Team from loading? When will the online lag issues be fixed? My fighter gets stuck while dodging, counter-attacks don't work, and he moves backward on his own. Hits aren't registering—or are even counting as misses! It’s impossible to play! This has been going on since July 2nd, and it got even worse after August 6th!
my game won't open anymore.
hi, i dont know what happened but today i tried do open my game through the ea app but it failed. "Failed to open the game. A error in our system caused a startup failure. Try again later." i have a mods folder so i deleted it and tried again but no success. also tried to repair but nothing happened.Superstar Mode Frustration Maxed
DONT PUT MONEY INTO SUPERSTAR MODE!! Bought Deluxe Edition- I regret it.. My first superstar got stuck on advancing week by week, straight simulation mode couldn’t play anymore had to delete. Tried everything even to the point of uninstalling. Put some points on the guy too, waste of benefits or your own cash. On my 2nd superstar and making a run for the playoffs, throwing lights out and no joke crashed on me 3 times. Fix your game. I’ve bought Madden every year since 03’.. What a disgrace this game has turned into, I bet it doesn’t crash if you are trying to a make a payment though.
