Can I play in GTX 750ti ?
According to Techpowerup, it only supports DirectX 12 with feature level 11_0, whilst Apex requires feature level 12_0.
So in your case, no you would not be able to play Apex Legends with a GTX 750 TiSo to play the game you'll need a new GPU that would support DirectX 12 with feature level 12_0 at the minimum, minimum specs of the game have also been updated to reflect this: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/about/pc-system-requirements
