My account was hacked recently which i got back but the guy who hacked into my account must have used hacks to play, now I'm banned even if I'm not even sure or given a reason as to why i am banned, all my appeals have been declined (8 times) with an automated email from the hopeless TOS team who won't even be clear or give me a reason to why i am banned at all. Any help is appreciated because idk what to do anymore
Community ManagerHello. You can submit up to 3 appeals. If they have all been declined, they will not investigate your account further. You would have received an email with the general reason for the ban.
They have not GIVEN ME ANY REASONS!!!! I KEEP GETTING THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE MAN, is this how to help your players?
I've appeal multiple times with proof of my account being hacked but nope, they won't bulge, they won't provide any info, no reason absolutely nothing
