This post makes me very frustrated with EA and SONY. I purchased the pre-order deluxe edition of NHL 25(Over $120!!!!) and after playing for less than 2 hours my game crashed saying "Failed to retrieve data" and I have not been able to open HUT again. Every time I go to open HUT it gives me error code CE-108255-1. I have tried all the solutions I could find for this error code and saw people were experiencing the same thing with Fifa FUT a couple weeks ago. I don't play a lot of video games so when I go on and can't even play it is beyond frustrating. I even tried another PS5 and the same issue persists. Is it my account, EA or Sony's problem?
Does anyone have a solution that actually works for this issue?
