Where is MUT!?!
I turned on my PS5 this morning to play and ultimate team is unavailable. When I try accessing it through the pop-ups for the various challenges, it tells me that I do not have access to this. WTF? I’ve closed and restarted the game, I even turned off and restarted by PS5. No joy. 7 AM EST, February 11
Madden 26 Companion App (iOS): Cannot choose Playstation profile
When I login to my EA account on the M26 companion app and try to select my Playstation persona and click "Let's Go", it auto errors out and says "Login Error you are logged out". It's literally never worked the entire time I've had the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. There are no updates available for the app. I've tried unlinking and relinking my console profile to my EA account. I've tried it on both wifi and cellular networks. None of this has helped. Has anyone else run into this and found a fix? Trying to select my Xbox persona does not work either, for the record. My PC persona is the only one I can click on that works, but that does me no good as I do not play Madden on PC.Madden 26 Teambuilder Helmet Color issue (2nd post for visibility)
The helmet banners and chinstraps are appearing chrome/black in game instead of white (or any other color you choose) that it shows in Teambuilder. It even shows correctly in the preview in Download Center in game, but when you download the team and start a franchise, then play a game or view players in Adjust Lineup, the chinstraps and banners are chrome/black. Only 4 of the helmet types aren't having this glitch and appear normal (Axium, Vicis 2, Gladiator, and Light) - the rest of the helmets (f7, Speedflex, etc.) all have the glitch. It takes away from what our team is supposed to be. Last Madden, there was a similar glitch in that the banners and chinstraps would automatically match the color of the helmet chosen. This time it's a chrome black color regardless of the color. See below for example. It should be white banner where the Orcas is as well as the back banner, and the chin straps and cups should be white. Instead, you can see on the F7 they're showing up black/chrome. The Axium displays correctly in-game. There are several other things I'd love to see added to TB, but ultimately, this glitch is the biggest concern as of now. Can this please be addressed as it must not be that hard to fix. It seems to have started occurring in the past week or so since the last major Madden update. Even teams that I made a month ago prior to the glitch are having the same bug.Missing 6+ Event Tokens – Multiple Events Not Awarding Tokens – Madden NFL 26
Hello EA Help Team, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed because I am missing multiple event tokens in Madden NFL 26 Ultimate Team. I have completed events where you are supposed to earn at least 3 tokens per event, yet I’m still missing 6+ tokens total — and I’ve honestly lost count at this point. The events this has happened in include Zero Chill, Super Bowl, and Playoffs (and potentially others). I completed the required wins and legitimately met the conditions that should grant tokens, but the tokens were never added to my account. I have already spoken to multiple EA Help representatives, and none of them have fixed the issue or resolved my case. This ongoing problem feels like a bug, and from what I’ve seen other players reporting, it’s clearly affecting many users where event tokens aren’t being given even after successful event completions. This is unacceptable. I want these missing tokens added to my account immediately or a clear explanation with a timeline on when this will be properly fixed. DIDNT THINK I WOULD HAVE TO SCREENSHOT PROOF THAT THIS IS HAPPENINGPossibly received the wrong LTD card. old instead of new.
today I was opening packs and when i went to open my 95 or 96 pack I received an Error and got booted from the game, i signed back in an then opened the pack i received an older LTD which was Plaxico Burress but i believe todays LTD's are Jerry rice or Troy Polamalu. Not sure if this is normal?, has anyone else had this happen.
