I am trying to buy a bundle and get as far as to check-out. When I enter my payment information I get the message: "Your request could not be processed. We were unable to verify your credit or debit card. Please check your payment details and try again. Alternatively try another credit card or payment option or check with your card issuer or bank." I have tried with different cards just to be sure, and also made sure I enter the correct information - many times. I have browsed EA support sites for a good while without finding helpful advice, but I can see in the forums that a few others have had the same problem. Has anyone figured out what works? Is this perhaps a well-known issue with EA payments, and if yes, can anything be done? Thank you.Solved6.6KViews1like7CommentsEA Launcher doesn´t install in choosen directory

I just purchased SimCity for Mac (I know that I selected for Mac, and the purchase receipt proves I selected the option for Mac), but when I look in my library on my EA app, it shows that it's for Windows and unavailable. Is this a bug? What do I do to get it fixed?Cannot Open Skate CPT or Any other Games on EA App

Launch Game When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 2/17/2024 Summarize your bug Every time I go to open a game through the EA App, it never launches. I get the "preparing game" message, another instance of the EA app pops up in the task bar for half a second, then the game never launches. I've tried multiple different fixes and nothing works. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, the app does not work. What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not launch What do you expect to see? An app that actually allows me to play the games I've purchased. This app never works. Just trying to play the Skate CPTNo internet connection - nothing works & have tried everything.
For the last few weeks, EA App for MAC has been unable to go online. I've still been able to play The Sims 4 and buy/download expansion packs. Since the update, I was been stuck at 2%. I deleted and redownloaded EA App and was still stuck at 2%. I've followed all of the trouble shooting and have managed to get to 14% (after changing DNS and restarting my MAC) but the fix lasts for 1 minute so the issue still isn't solved and I'm still stuck. It's not an internet issue as wifi is fine and the same issue exists when using a mobile hotspot, I've tried absolutely everything, all the suggestions in the forums and on the troubleshooting webpages.Solved284Views6likes10CommentsEvery time I exit the EA app, my computer tells me it had an unexpected crash.
Just what the title says. I'm on a Mac, and it just recently started doing this yesterday. Every time I exit by pressing the red dot, it shows up with this [screenshot included] and also a crash report [screenshot 2]. What is going on? I have tried restarting it by the way and then it just does it again.12Views0likes0Comments
