EA App is blank on Mac since launcher update
Since the EA app launcher update this morning, that I assume was meant to fix the PC issue, now on Mac I only see a blank EA app and can't start Sims 4 anymore, see screenshot below :( What I tried so far: Restart EA app Kill all EA related background processes + EA app and start again Restart mac freshly again Log out and back in of EA app Go into offline mode -> offline mode shows me Sims 4 again, but when I start the game from there, now all my packs show as deinstalled?! and I can't play my Save that needs all packs :( I tried to go online from within the game then, so I could try to re-enable all packs from within marketplace, but it doesn't let me go online, always shows an error. Going back online again from the launcher options, but still no change, the launcher stays blank Removed mods from mods folder Double checked internet connection of course => EA app stays blank after all I tried. I just played yesterday with the newest patch, but after today's EA app launcher update I can't play anymore.
All of my packs disappeared?
I was simply about to play the game and then I got onto it and it said it had to update so I shut my laptop and waited then about an hour later I got onto the ea app and it signed me out so I go and I try like literally everything to fix it and it won't fix and ea also won't even let me start a live chat!
EA wont let me buy Jungle Adventure
When I played the sims on windows, I got the Jungle Adventure game pack for free through connecting my ea account to epic games. When I switched to mac, it was missing. I eventually figured out that I no longer owned it because epic games is windows only, and just decided I just didn't need it anymore. However, months later, I want to buy it and I can't. When I try to pay, an error occurs and a message saying, "that didn't work, let's try again. If the problem persists you may want to use a different payment method or try again later," pops up. I assumed it was just a bug in the ea app, but then I tried buying a different game pack, and that purchase went through perfectly fine. I only get that error when I try to buy jungle adventure. I'm assuming that this is because when I'm in the sims 4, the game still believes that I own jungle adventure, but I don't know any way to fix this issue. It's really disappointing that I'm not able to buy a pack, especially since it was a pack that I once owned for free. If anyone knows anyway I could possibly fix this, please let me know!
EA app will not allow me to login on Mac
I have tried over 15 times to login to EA app so that I can continue to play Sims4 on my Mac laptop. It simply will not allow me to login. I have tried troubleshooting a bunch of time from the forums and per instructions on Google and NOTHING works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app still can’t login. Changed my password and everything. I love playing this game and can’t login anymore but yet I can login to the EA app itself on my IPhone. There’s no support to get help! Not sure what to do at this point.Ea app won’t load
So after several attempts and restarts of my Mac computer, my EA app will not load. The computer is hooked up to the Internet. I click on the EA app. I do have the EA app helper thing installed as well but EA app is just a black window. once I did get a little white wheel that said it needed to connect to the Internet, it connected and then it just went black again If I go to force close the EA app, it doesn’t say that it’s not responsive, but it’s just black. I have not updated my game to this latest patch. I was actually starting it today so I could. I don’t have any mods and for cc I have one set of eyebrows installed and those aren’t new.EA app opens itself when I'm not using it??
I've seen other people discussing this before, but I'm struggling with my EA app constantly opening itself and taking me to it when I have it completely shut. This is disrupting work and other games, and is even happening right now! The other forum on here with this issue said to turn off automatically opening on startup (MacBook) and I've already had this turned off for months, and the second option was to turn it off in the EA app settings- there's no option for this to be turned off? It's super infuriating and I'd love it if there was an actual solution to this as it's been happening for almost a year every single day.

Whenever I try to play the Sims 4 offline a message pops up saying I have been "offline for awhile," with the error code "EC:200." It then prompts me to sign in again to my EA account and reconnects me online. This happens each time i try to set my account to offline. How can this be fixed?
