Bring in Legacy Maps please!
With the launch of season two and the introduction of the contamination map, there is a reinvigorated desire to have more maps that are based on previous BF games. BF 2042 had the right idea in bringing in some maps from classic BF games, but it came short of updating the maps to better fit the style and gameplay of 2042. They also fell short of bringing in other classic maps that would really benefit the game. BF6 should bring in classic maps from each game and put them in standard rotation!!! Siege of Shanghai, Operation Locker, Operation Metro, etc., are all maps that, if updated to fit the gameplay of BF6, would be very beneficial in driving the long-term player count and interest in the game. Yes, these maps can be reimagined and made through the map builder, but they are hard to find and cannot be tossed into standard map rotation (where most of the player base exists). Yes, this would take more time, yes, this would affect other content that is being produced, but the longevity of a pretty solid game is at risk. If there is ONE thing that BF6 can learn from COD, it is the publishing of legacy maps from most of the previous Zombies maps for Black Ops 3. [CM edit - formatting]Vehicles
Please make the helicopters much faster? They’re ridiculously slow and can be shot down EASILY. I get the whole “realism” thing but at the end of the day, it’s a video game. You want realism? Go to Tarkov or other stuff. Battlefield is supposed to be fun, immersive, and ridiculous, with some realism to it. You guys nailed it with a bunch of stuff on the realism, now let’s just add some fun with the vehicles. I know this post will never reach any manager or anything, but at least I’m trying. The game is dead and I just want the best for what we have right now. We won’t see another good map till who tf knows when. 4 seasons=8 maps total. Like is that right?? You guys are all done with the game, I think it’s time you guys just give us some stuff we want if you’re done with content. Also chill on the skins. I’m starting to see the Cod resemblance. It’s getting REALLY close. Put that effort into other stuff. Anyways, good luck fellas. See you on the battlefield and hopefully the game turns out better:/ one last thing….fix the match making lmao. I’m tired of getting into matches where it’s either Dominate the other team or vice versa. It sucks:/Can't enter households.
Hello. Whenever I am trying to enter any household for one of my saves, it starts for like 1-2 seconds to enter, but I am then immediately tossed back to choose a neighborhood. It doesn't matter what family it the saved file I try to enter, the same thing keeps happening. I have tried to do a repair several times, but the problem continues. I have tried to remove all my Mods and such, but the problem continues. I have created new gameplays where the problem is gone, but my Main gameplay remains unplayable 😞 I have waited for MONTHS to see if any new updates would have made the problem disappear, but alas, the problem remains. I have a new computer, and the lagging that was a problem as well has stopped, but I can still NOT enter my household. So it's not an issue with the computer not being strong enough to handle the save. What can I do? How do I remove the problem without having to start all over again? I have spent a long time building the generations.127Views0likes13CommentsFuture Weapons/attachments/gadgets DLC suggestions?
Hi developers! Is there a place where people can put up suggestions for weapons, vehicles, attachments, gadgets, maps etc that we would like to see added to the game further down the line? I can think of a few I would like to see added!? If there is a separate place for this type of discussion/suggestions where would I find this?More map variety in Casual Breakthrough
Good afternoon all. I was wondering if they plan to add more maps in the casual breakthrough. Me and some friends only play on Friday nights. And since we were new to battlefield, it took us a loooong time to really figure out how this game plays. Thank goodness for casual breakthrough. But the current map rotation of 4 maps is getting kinda stale. We have tried going into the other modes, but we just get Merced all the time and it is not fun. So just wanted to see if there is any news regarding this on the horizon. Thanks!825Views8likes23CommentsHow to deal with those HQ CIWS Camper TANK / IFV?

Now Let’s Make It Legendary.
Battlefield has never just been about gunplay. It has always been about scale, chaos, freedom, and community. Battlefield 6 already shows flashes of greatness. The core is strong. The gunplay feels sharp. The atmosphere is there. But if this game is going to dominate for years - not months - it needs to lean into what made Battlefield untouchable in the first place. Here’s what the community truly wants: 1. Bring Back Truly Large-Scale Maps - Or Give Us the Tools to Build Them We don’t just want maps. We want epic battlefields. Think of the scale and intensity of: Battlefield 3 Battlefield 4 Battlefield 1 Battlefield V Those games delivered massive, unforgettable environments where vehicles mattered, flanking mattered, logistics mattered, and teamwork defined the outcome. The new maps are not bad. But they lack that grand strategic identity. They feel tighter. Safer. Designed for balance - not for legend. We want: Bigger layouts Longer sightlines More vehicle dominance True combined-arms warfare Reintroduction of Maps of older Battlefield Maps If large official maps are difficult to deliver quickly, then empower the community to help build them. 2. Expand Portal Map Creator Freedom - Significantly Portal is one of the most powerful ideas Battlefield has ever had. But it is heavily restricted. If you unlock its full potential, it becomes the backbone of the entire franchise. We need: Larger playable areas More terrain editing freedom Full rule-set control More logic scripting depth Greater AI customization Persistent community-hosted experiences and self-hosted servers Better Prefabs - especially gamemode prefabs Give us sandbox-level power. Let Portal evolve into a real Battlefield creation engine. If the community can recreate large legacy maps or create entirely new large-scale warfare experiences, development pressure decreases - and player engagement explodes. Community-generated content is timeless. It outlives seasonal updates. It evolves organically. 3. Make the Server Browser Primary - Not an Afterthought The server browser in Battlefield 4 was a cornerstone of community growth. It allowed: Discovery of custom servers Long-term player communities Persistent rule-sets Competitive environments Social recognition of server brands Quick matchmaking should exist - but it should not define the game. The server browser must be the first option players see. Why? Because Portal experiences already exist that are incredible - but players don’t know they even exist. Right now: Great Portal servers go unnoticed. Custom maps get no exposure. Community modes die from lack of visibility. When the server browser becomes central again: Players explore. Communities grow. Portal thrives. Developers carry less long-term content pressure. Community-driven ecosystems are self-sustaining. Let the Community Help Carry the Franchise Battlefield is strongest when it is: Massive Player-driven Experimental Chaotic Creative Portal and a proper server browser turn Battlefield 6 into a living platform - not just a live-service product. You don’t need to build everything yourselves. Empower the players. Give us: Bigger maps More Portal freedom Legacy map returns A real server browser front and center If you do this, Battlefield 6 won’t just survive. It will dominate for the next decade. And the community will help you carry it there.207Views3likes0Comments
