Webstore Crystal Purchase Issue

Hello, just purchased one of the new “kyrotech salvage bundle II” and I’m fairly confident I didn’t receive a single kyrotech from it. i know because i already had slightly over a hundred prods before purchase and now only at 114 total. Finally I was able to escape my language and play in English on PC, and now all of a sudden it changed also on PC. How do I set English on PC? I already changed the EA app language and it doesn't make a difference and I don't want to change location, because it might change the settings in-game of my refreshes etc. Please let me play in English finally, all the guides and discussions around the game are in English, tell me which parameter to add in the "advanced launch options" or what I have to do to play in a language of my choice, thanks.Solved174Views3likes6CommentsTrouble with Hoth lightspeed bundle

Hi, I had set a microtransaction limit for myself and went to buy the Hoth lightspeed bundle I got the message saying (you set a limit go change it in the settings). It asked do you wish to continue with the purchase and as soon as I said no, it said I was ineligible and no longer able to buy the Hoth lightspeed bundle. I re-enabled my limit but the lightspeed bundle is no longer in the store. Can you activate it in my store again so i can purchase it please? I clearly do not have those characters and at those Relic Levels.
