i’ve completed week one of weekly play 6 and it won’t let be claim the first completion even though i’ve done it. needs fixing fast. I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below. This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5. Screenshots are taken on PC WEB companion APP. On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out. In-game on PS5 I get same error message and pack gets removed from Store until I logout and login again. (CM: title edited for visibility purposes) UPDATE The issues redeeming Packs from the Unassigned Items screen should be resolved for players. I decided to create a new Career Mode on EAFC 25. I was about 3–4 weeks into the season when, upon advancing to the next game, the game crashed. I received a “report problem” screen on my PS5 with error code CE-108255-1, and the option to report the incident. No matter what I try, I can’t get past that stage of the Career Mode—it just keeps crashing. So I started over with a brand-new Career Mode. This time, the crash happened again—around 4–6 weeks into the season... Troubleshooting steps I’ve tried: Created a new Career Mode – still crashes randomly after a few in-game weeks. Uninstalled and reinstalled the game – no change. PS5 firmware is fully updated Not sure if this helps - there’s nothing unusual or custom about my Career Mode setup. I know some people create custom faces for managers or players, but I just selected a well-known manager who currently manages a League Two club, and used all basic/default settings. Just to add: I had a previous Career Mode with a different team where which was created around 4–6 months ago and never ran into this issue. It seems to have started happening after a recent update. I’ve also noticed Career Mode feeling a bit buggy since then, so I’m wondering if the latest update may have introduced this problem. Can anyone confirm if this is a known issue? I’ve seen similar reports on forums, so I don’t believe I’m the only one experiencing this. the AI’s pace in wet conditions on the wet tyres is far too quick and it’s impossible to keep up with them. After the update when I press the R3 button to get new play selections it removes all the plays and I am unable to get them to show back up. i’m in my second season heading into the playoff and the game won’t allow me to spend any energy points on desperately needed health recovery. Tried starting game to “automatically apply points to health” but still started the game without any recovery applied. Hello everyone, I'm currently having trouble hosting the server from another guy (with his CODE) on the Battlefield 2042 portal. Every time I click on “Host Server” in the game, I get the error message: MISTAKE No server found // 9:7205636470 Other portal servers (of other players) are online and working without problems → the problem only affects my own hosting. My settings: Cross-Play: ON Allow followers: ON Persistent Server: ON (also tested with OFF) Game message: OFF Welcome greeting: nothing Previous attempts at solutions: Tried turning persistent server OFF → same error Cleared cache in EA app and restarted game Tested without VPN/firewall/AntiVirus Is this currently a known bug with Portal hosting or any possible workarounds until EA fixes this issue? Do I need to open or forward any ports on my router or PC for this to work? But i dont think so ? Hey everyone, A number of us in the community have run into a frustrating issue during the current Champions Finals objective in FC 25. The objective requires you to play 15 Champions Finals matches to earn a 1 of 5 93+ TOTS Player Pick reward — but for some players, a game-breaking problem has made this impossible to complete. During one of the 15 matches, players are randomly being kicked from the game with the error: “Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.” This error forfeits the match, counting it as a loss, and prevents progression toward the 15-match requirement — even if all 15 matches were attempted fairly. Important Points: There is no issue with players’ internet connections — the problem appears to be server-side, likely on EA’s end. This effectively locks players out of the 93+ Player Pick, through no fault of their own. It’s especially frustrating because the issue happens mid-match, after matchmaking, wasting time and effort. What We’re Asking: Recognition of this issue from the development/support team. Restoration of progress for affected players, or ideally, Compensation in the form of the 93+ Player Pick or equivalent rewards for those who completed 15 matches but were blocked by this server error. Please like and share your experiences in this thread if this happened to you. The more visibility we give this, the better chance we have at getting it addressed. Hello! I would love to be able to get the platinum of this game and wheeled warrior is my last trophy missing and even although I have completed the requirements and obtained T1 with LATV4 and Pondhawk didn’t get no trophy yet. I will keep playing this amazing get and eventually get more vehicles to T1 but is there anything that can be done about it? I have tried several ways to try to unlock it like launching random games, getting them to level 41 or waiting some days and nothing seems to work.
