My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?
Custom Avatar not Working
I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.
Cannot change EA ID; Enter a valid EA ID
Hey, so I wanted to change my EA ID back to my original nickname "tfJumper", but the account settings keeps rejecting me from using it saying its not vaild. I tried only lowercases, numbers, underscores but none of them work. I had a sub account with that ID but i recently changed it so I know it is a vaild ID please help
ea app opens but only a navy screen is shown
yesterday i tried to open the EA app for apple products and ran into an issue. The app opens but only a navy screen is shown. I waited forever and it didn’t load or display the typical loading wheel. I tried quitting the app, as well as force-quitting, I also tried restarting my computer a couple times to see if that would fix the issue. I tried switching to offline mode via the account tab at the top, which did work and I was able to successfully open the sims, however when I tried to go back online I was unable to in-game and when I tried to go online in the early app I was met with the loading wheel before returning to the navy screen. This issue was occurring last night, so I left it alone overnight and nothing changed. I want to be able to go back online. Any advice is appreciated, photos attached:

(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Ever since Steam began to force the EA app to launch before it would launch the Sims 4. Summarize your bug Every time I launch the Sims 4 from Steam, the EA app will change my online status from ''invisible'' to ''in-game''. This is despite my online status being set to invisible in Steam and despite my having signed into the EA app as invisible. When I close the game my status switches to "online". This does not happen when I sign into the EA app and change my status to invisible. When I change my status from online to invisible and then launch the game from Steam, my status remains "invisible" when I launch the Sims 4. The only issue with this is when I log into the EA app, change my status to invisible and then close the EA app, the next time I log in, my status appears as online again. How often does the bug occur? Every time. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch EA app, sign in as invisible. Launch steam app, sign in as invisible. Launch the Sims 4 from the steam app. When the game is loaded go back and check the ea app and you will see your online status has changed from invisible to in-game. What happens when the bug occurs? Online status goes from invisible to in-game and, after the game is closed, the online status will change to online What do you expect to see? My online status to remain as invisible while I'm in-game and when I exit the game.EA App Social/Friends not working for 2+ years
I have cleared cache, uninstalled, checked firewall, and all that. However I am still unable to access the socials or anything in any game. It is greyed out on EA app and they dont show up when in game on any EA games. Can anybody help, i've not been able to play EA games with friends for over 2 years. This is what my screen looks like
