My old Account Hacked/Stolen - Changed Email & Login
I created a new account for Discussion and denounced this email. He is a hacker. causing my account to be banned and I can't borrow this account. It blocks email loans. Please help me. If you are an EA employee, please message me in your inbox (don't talk to me with AI)
EA Avatar Not Uploading
For some reason i am not able to upload a custom EA avatar to replace my avatar from the gallery. I have no idea why i can't and other users can. There should be an option to "choose from gallery" and to "upload custom image" but the option to upload is just gone. Please help. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Battlefield was truly great when I could influence the field of battle from my mobile device. Battlefield 6 presents the perfect opportunity for a true return to form and inspiration for other studios to follow-suit in supporting mobile companion application experiences that'll captivate attention and maximize shareholder value. Return commander mode to the base or I swearsie to Solomon for realsies that I'll refuse every mtx in BF6; on 550 BFC (BF2042), this I sweat Sincerely, dj tl:dr- push for mobile ea app & nest companion apps from partner studios. or tell me what I missed idk P.S. BF6 is fun and I like playing it. The gunplay's a lil weird but it's alright so far. Stoked to experience a UX/UI refresh once the team's cooked the planned devcycle. Lots of clicks to customize. I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.Missing some of my steam friends on Import
I am trying to import a friend from Steam to play It Takes Two (Why the heck can't we just use a stupid invite code?????). A few of my friends, including the one I'm trying to play with, do not show up on the Steam import. They went through and changed all of their Steam Privacy settings to Public, but that didn't change anything.
Can't edit my profile in the EA App, showing an old name under my actual name
Hello. I just installed the EA app and was going through my friend list when I noticed an old name I haven't used in years was being displayed under my actual name. I want to get rid of this because it includes part of my real name, but there's no option to edit my profile in the app. When I click my name in the top right and then click My Profile it brings up this: As you can see it's trying to ask me to add myself to my friend list, theres no other option besides in the ... menu to block and report myself. I can only see this grey name when I click on a friend and scroll down their list to find myself. I also noticed that in the My account page for Settings in the app it only shows 'Odbolt' until I view myself in someones friendslist and then it changes to add the old name under it as well. Before: After: This is clearly a bug and I don't want that name associated/attached to my account any more. It seems like something EA needs to fix for me, what can I do here? Thanks for reading.
Issue with Twitch Account Linking on Xbox
Hello EA Support, I have an issue with my account. My EA account is already linked to my Twitch account, but when I play on Xbox, it asks me to link it again. I am using the same Twitch account, but the system does not recognize the existing link. Could you please check and help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your support.
WHATS HAPPENING??
This has been happening the past couple of times I try opening the app. Where it won’t connect to “online mode”. Strictly will not. I only play The Sims 4 so it’s not a BIG deal, I can play offline. BUT! I have made sure I am connected to WiFi and I haven’t ever had issues like this in the past. Is this just me? Or is anyone else having issues? I have even tried going into the game to connect that way and it just won’t let me. HELP!
