My EA App is showing friends offline when they aren't
So I logged in EA and my friends list is showing that they all are offline when I know they aren't and they aren't blocking me from seeing them. I can run Battlefield fine, but I cannot join their squad. I restarted the app, logged out and back in, restarted my computer, cleared my cache and went offline and back online. What else could I do to fix this?Can't edit my profile in the EA App, showing an old name under my actual name
Hello. I just installed the EA app and was going through my friend list when I noticed an old name I haven't used in years was being displayed under my actual name. I want to get rid of this because it includes part of my real name, but there's no option to edit my profile in the app. When I click my name in the top right and then click My Profile it brings up this: As you can see it's trying to ask me to add myself to my friend list, theres no other option besides in the ... menu to block and report myself. I can only see this grey name when I click on a friend and scroll down their list to find myself. I also noticed that in the My account page for Settings in the app it only shows 'Odbolt' until I view myself in someones friendslist and then it changes to add the old name under it as well. Before: After: This is clearly a bug and I don't want that name associated/attached to my account any more. It seems like something EA needs to fix for me, what can I do here? Thanks for reading.
Cannot change EA ID; Enter a valid EA ID
Hey, so I wanted to change my EA ID back to my original nickname "tfJumper", but the account settings keeps rejecting me from using it saying its not vaild. I tried only lowercases, numbers, underscores but none of them work. I had a sub account with that ID but i recently changed it so I know it is a vaild ID please help
Custom Avatar not Working
I can't upload an image to replace my avatar. I am going into the EA app clicking on "My Profile" then clicking on "Manage". It will then take me to the Account Management web page. When I click on the little pencil button next to my avatar the only option that comes up is "Choose from gallery". There is no "Upload Image" option.EA APP WONT LET ME LOGIN FROM EPIC GAMES
Hi! 4 Years ago I purchased Battlefield 2042 from "EPIC GAMES" and it let me play the game for hours. However, it came a time that i wasnt able to play because of work. Fast forward, last year I tried logging in to my Battlefield 2042 account in EA APP. Lo and behold, My Epic Games BF2042 would redirect me to EA APP saying my account was connected to an email in EA APP that i dont recognize. EPIC says report the issue with EA but both platform won't help me. There is no other way for self service in the website. Here's a screenshot of the account in EA APP
