*IMPORTANT - Electronic Arts Corporate Info
I am blown away at the lack of response and acknowledgement from EA on this message forum. So, I was able to scrounge up some contact info for the Electronic Arts Corporate Board of Directors..... I am going to be sending them a lengthy email once I have a few minutes with a very detailed description of problems, when they were reported, how many times they were reported and how many times they were not acknowledged by the people supposedly monitoring this board. What I'd like to do is include all of the biggest problems in the email and then I am going to copy all 40 or so corporate employee emails that I have and I plan on beating them over the head with it until it gets acknowledged and then documenting any lack of response to really try and hold EA's feet to the fire since this bug reporting format that they currently use is a joke. So, all of that being said..... can everyone who would like to contribute please reply to this thread with a DETAILED description of any bugs you are noticing. Please provide what platform you play on (PS, Xbox, PC, etc.) and as much detail as far as what causes the bug as possible. That way I can just copy and paste everything that we have listed into this email that I will be sending. I know all of the bugs have already been listed throughout this forum, but I don't have the time to go post by post and pull all the info. Frankly, it's GARBAGE that I have to even do this much - but EA's lack of giving a crap is unacceptable, so here we are. So again, if you wouldn't mind let's get a list of bugs started in this thread, with as much detail as possible, and once we have it built up I will copy/paste all of the bugs into an email that I am already beginning to draft for the Electronic Arts Corporate team Thank you!!!62Views3likes8CommentsThe Cheating Fix Nobody Wants to Actually Implement
Cheating in online games isn't a detection problem, it's an identity problem. Anti-cheat vendors keep playing whack-a-mole with kernel drivers and behavior heuristics because they're trying to solve "is this specific process cheating" instead of "is this a real, accountable human." Flip the problem and it gets a lot smaller. The system: Verified accounts only. To play ranked/competitive servers, you need an account tied to a mobile number and a real email provider — no Gmail, no Hotmail/Outlook, no throwaway domains. Use a provider that requires ID-backed signup or a paid domain, so burner accounts cost real money and real effort to make. Device-bound certificate. Once verified, the game client issues a digital certificate tied to that install — hardware ID plus account. This certificate is what the server checks, not just a login token. Server-side auth gate. Game servers reject any connection that doesn't present a valid, verified certificate. No cert, no join. This happens at the network/auth layer, before matchmaking, before the anti-cheat kernel driver even has to do anything. Ban = actually banned. Because the account is tied to a phone number and a real identity trail, a ban follows the person, not just the hardware ID. Rebuying the game or reinstalling Windows doesn't get you back in — you need a new verified phone number and a new legitimate email, which raises the cost of re-offending dramatically. Why it works faster than software-based anti-cheat: current anti-cheat is reactive — it detects a cheat, cheat devs patch around it, repeat forever. This is preventative — it doesn't care what software you're running, it cares whether you're a verified, accountable person. A cheater who gets banned can't just spin up a new Gmail and be back in five minutes. A few honest caveats worth flagging, since "fixed in a month" is the part that won't survive contact with reality: Phone verification has a black market already — SMS-verification bypass services exist for pennies per number, and cheaters/gold-farmers already use them at scale for other platforms. It raises the cost, it doesn't kill the supply. Privacy and regulatory pushback — tying gameplay to a real phone number is a significant data-collection ask, and in places like the EU it runs into GDPR questions about necessity and proportionality. Legit players get burned — people who share a household, use work-issued email domains, live somewhere with unreliable mobile carriers, or just don't want their gamertag linkable to their real number will have real friction. It doesn't stop the actual cheat vector — device-bound certs authenticate the account, not the client integrity. A verified, real-identity player can still run an aimbot; you've made cheaters more identifiable and bannable, not literally undetected. The one gaming platform who has the balls to do this will show cheating will be wiped out in 3 months maybe less .Paid in Premium bf6 currency twice, Received Nothing Took the coin anyways.
Primary issue My page showed i had 1200, bf6 premium Currency, i tried spending it for tier skip for 3 skips, for 450 total. and it bugged out and froze, tried again, currency was still there until i logged/closed game out, proceeded to log back in and my currency is down from 1200 to 300 and i did NOT receive the tier skip? 2nd issue possibly related. It shows EAC, is off, is this an issue I know you use Javelin AntiCheat instead but why show EAC in top left corner then? How do i fix this? I have been away from home for the the last 3-4 weeks due to a death in the family and only played on a laptop once or twice. Could this be related? Thank you!Crash at start menu
I was playing without issues until yesterday afternoon. Today, however, the game crashes just a few seconds after loading the start menu screen. I’ve already tried the usual fixes: repairing/reinstalling EA Javelin Anticheat, verifying game files, disabling overlays, running as administrator, closing potentially conflicting programs, adjusting exploit protection settings, and so on. Unfortunately, it still crashes. Yesterday, I updated my Nvidia drivers and installed the Windows update that was released just yesterday. Could that be the problem? I tried reverting to the old Nvidia drivers, but with no success. I'll also try a system repair. Other users on Reddit have also reported the same problem, and I tried their suggested solutions without any success.24Views2likes1CommentSkate freezes PC, disables my GPU on Adrenalin versions after 25.12.1
Without fail, if I have a more recent version of Adrenalin installed and I start Skate, the game hard freezes requiring a hard reboot, and after rebooting my GPU (9070 XT) is disabled in Windows 10, requiring me to re-enable it in the Device Manager and rebooting a second time. It's possible this has been happening with earlier versions of Skate but I was on an ancient driver for most of the past year due to the UI blending/disappearing issue with AMD drivers in Skate that persisted for like 6 months. My Windows 10 install is as up to date as an ESU version can be and this has been happening with at least the last few versions of Adrenalin. I've tried limiting the boost clock of my GPU in windows as some have suggested and I've disabled all ways for windows to automatically update my drivers and I'm still experiencing this issue. Not really sure what else I can do.Game activation issue, purchased through steam.
Randomly, after 100+ hours, my game has decided to deactivate itself. I have gone to the licenses folder, removed everything, verified install integrity, reinstalled the game, linked and unlinked my steam account countless times, restarted my computer and every time I try to start this game I get this screen. I log in, it opens EA app and nothing happens or it just doesn't open anything. So as of now, this game for me is completely unplayable. I have done everything I can possibly do. I have had no problems of this kind up to this point. I didn't even know Origin was still a thingGame Freezes / Crashes in Franchise mode while loading extra player training
I am playing an offline franchise, and during week 2 of the preseason, while trying to do the extra training option for a player, my game would continuously crash when trying to load the training. Attached are screen captures of which mini-game was causing the crash and the screen that it would crash on.128Views4likes10CommentsNeighbourhood Progress reset & stuck at 0 / 0
Description of the issue: Right after the Season 3 maintenance was over and I hopped in to check things out, all of my neighbourhood levels and progress got reset/bugged out. They are simply stuck at 0 / 0 and will not update or progress at all. Can't buy any product boxes either, even if it shows that I already have multiple boxes unlocked in said neighbourhood. It's been like this two weeks. Steps to trigger/reproduce the issue: Start the game as usual Look at the 0 / 0 on your current neighbourhood and wonder if all your progress gone Write bug report and hope for the best. I've seen a handful of other people post on reddit and the discord with the same issue. Still no acknowledgement as a known bug, which worries me a ton. Platform: PC (Steam) Troubleshooting steps already performed: Validated files through Steam. Reinstalled game completely. Attempted to run a few missions both old and new in every neighbourhood hoping it would fix things. No luck.1.9KViews18likes55CommentsFC26 Jumps out
