Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school
Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the business is not open on reload. My other four sims, an adult, two teens, and a child were all at work and school and immediately once the lot loads, the screenshots show what is popping up and I have to click through. I also had my adult sim return home from work before his shift was finished without a popup asking if he should miss work when I was playing yesterday. This occurred when I took 2 of my sims off lot to a park for a quest from the nature's calling event. update: my adult sim was still at work while one of the teens completed one of the nature's calling events (craft 2 items on new woodworking table) and I clicked on the UI for the next set of quests - I then received another popup asking if I want my adult sim at work to skip work... maybe it has to do with the event? I did also have issues with the Reaper's Rewards event in 2024 and was unable to continue progress on the quests past week 1.
[HSY] [S] High school tasks will not be displayed on holidays
I have applied the latest update for the PC version (1.114.46.1030), but when I go to school on a day when a holiday is set, the high school tasks do not appear. Only the holiday tasks appear. I tried canceling the holidays, but this only resulted in the holiday tasks disappearing, and the high school tasks did not appear on that day. My grades were not displayed at the end of the day either.
Sims chronically mischievous
There are so many sims now that behave mischievously even though they don't have a single negative trait!!! I hate this so much because I know every interaction can't be perfect but it's so annoying when you leave one of your sims unattended and they are actively sabotaging every relationship - including those with family members. Same with random sims. There are so many of them that do mischievous stuff and make your sims embarrassed or angry randomly. It's just way to common and I don't think sims should behave mischievously unless they have already built a negative relationship with another sim or have the trait like evil or mean (any negative ones). This has been a problem for too long!!😒 PS: I don't use Mods at all. Note by crinrict There's a few threads that are similar so please make sure that you use the correct one for upvoting. 6th Anniversary rewards are stuck
I have reached 5500 points for the anniversary rewards but I realized the items are not checked and for the past two days I can not progress and it will not give me my rewards. There is no point in playing if I can't get the stuff I earned and it isn't going to progress either way. I have tried on steam, EA app, and console and they are all stuck. I even reinstalled apex and that didn't help either[CD] Walking the dog for hours and hours and hours
Whether my sims take the dog for a long walk or a short walk, they stay walking until I cancel the interaction. All of their moods turn red. The dog starves. But they don't come home. Invisible Friends in Online Co-op
Context: This occurs in crossplay between Steam (PC) and Playstation 5 (physical console). There's currently a bug where I cannot see my friends if they are online and in the same server as I am. Their username shows up, but the character doesn't. Here's what we tried so far: Restarting the game. Leaving and rejoining each others' parties. Spectating and then teleporting to them instantly. Setting graphics to Performance Mode. Switched between fullscreen and windowed mode. All of these methods didn't work, and my friend has been permanently invisible in each online session that we've had. Any help is appreciated as we'd really like to continue doing multiplayer.
Painting doesn't always appear/blank under certain circumstances
Hello, When I select the "create copy" interaction on a painting, the resulting copy appears blank (a white canvas) when it is hung on a wall. However, if I move the painting (by clicking and dragging in live mode) the image appears as intended. Additionally, if I "save and go to manage worlds" and then reload the lot, the image will appear as intended. I have no mods or CC installed. I am using the base game (version 1.117.227.1030 DX11) through Steam, with all packs disabled in the pack selector, and was able to replicate the issue on a clean save file. [GALLERY] Follower Names starred out/anonymous
