Invisible Friends in Online Co-op
Context: This occurs in crossplay between Steam (PC) and Playstation 5 (physical console). There's currently a bug where I cannot see my friends if they are online and in the same server as I am. Their username shows up, but the character doesn't. Here's what we tried so far: Restarting the game. Leaving and rejoining each others' parties. Spectating and then teleporting to them instantly. Setting graphics to Performance Mode. Switched between fullscreen and windowed mode. All of these methods didn't work, and my friend has been permanently invisible in each online session that we've had. Any help is appreciated as we'd really like to continue doing multiplayer.
Madden 26 Companion App Release Date
Hello, When is the expected release date for the companion app for Madden 26? Last year, it was nearly a month after the Madden release. I am a third-party developer that relies on the companion app. Knowing the release ahead of time would help me schedule around the release date to work on my application. [HSY] [S] High school tasks will not be displayed on holidays
I have applied the latest update for the PC version (1.114.46.1030), but when I go to school on a day when a holiday is set, the high school tasks do not appear. Only the holiday tasks appear. I tried canceling the holidays, but this only resulted in the holiday tasks disappearing, and the high school tasks did not appear on that day. My grades were not displayed at the end of the day either.

This error appears during login, when launching a game via a third-party launcher (like Steam or Epic), or when trying to link those launchers to an EA account. If so, please disable it completely (make sure no VPN-related processes are running), reboot your device, and try again. Adults/teens/children at work/school on reload trying to skip work/school
Adults/Teens/Children at school/work during lot reload are prompting them all to come home, effectively skipping school/work. I had 1 sim on their home lot - a residential small business lot, the business is not open on reload. My other four sims, an adult, two teens, and a child were all at work and school and immediately once the lot loads, the screenshots show what is popping up and I have to click through. I also had my adult sim return home from work before his shift was finished without a popup asking if he should miss work when I was playing yesterday. This occurred when I took 2 of my sims off lot to a park for a quest from the nature's calling event. update: my adult sim was still at work while one of the teens completed one of the nature's calling events (craft 2 items on new woodworking table) and I clicked on the UI for the next set of quests - I then received another popup asking if I want my adult sim at work to skip work... maybe it has to do with the event? I did also have issues with the Reaper's Rewards event in 2024 and was unable to continue progress on the quests past week 1.
Is There An EA Play Free Trial?
I normally don't have an interest in game subscription services, but there was a few EA games that I don't own that looked interesting and I wanted to try out EA Play to see if it's something I may be interested in. I was wondering if there was a week or two free trail available for EA Play on PC(through the EA clients or even Steam)? Thanks in advance for anyone who can help answer this.

Open vs locked weapons per class
Traditionally Battlefield has always been about classes, and with that came class locked weapons. This how it was and how it should be! One of the big mistakes they made with BF2042 was to first introduce specialists, and next they gave these specialists access to ALL weapons. Later on they partially fixed the issue by implementing back the class system, however weapons remained open. With the open beta we have a chance to make our voices being heard! As I'm sure they will be monitoring traffic towards what people want to play, let's make our actions speak louder than our words by all ignoring the Conquest mode and pick Closed Weapon Conquest instead. And from there I hope the message will be clear to the developers that we need closed weapons in ALL game modes!
