I was suspended for no reason for half a day for breaking no rule. Well 8 hours later they apologized for the mistake. I was having a nhl25 get together but we couldn’t even play. Ea owes me coins and much more than an apology! I can’t contact them directly so this is the next step I thought I would take. So, as the title says, I'm getting the "disconnected from EA SERVERS" issue. I was in support chat multiple times with zero help. I have done the following (in no particular order) to try and fix it: Power cycled my router/modem (unplugged power and all cables for 5 minutes and turned back on) . I also did the same with my xbox at the same time. I made sure the router/modem was giving full signal before plugged the Xbox in and powered it up. I tried this with the Xbox both wired and wifi. I turned on two factor authentication through my EA account. Tested all connections through my Xbox: nat type, multi-player connections, etc... I deleted and re installed my game 3 times I made sure my date and time are correct on my console. Did a complete console wipe and started from scratch, as if I were setting up a new Xbox. Ive been scanning these forums for 6 hours and have tried everything I can find but I get the same issue everytime. This is obviously a EA issue as I have zero issues accessing online features on non EA games. EA help was practically useless and said there was nothing that they could do and to come here for help and their team would monitor it 🙄Be a pro social media hotshot part 2 media conversation.
Been playing be a pro for years now. The alert comes up to meet with media, so it goes into locker room and nothing happens. The background guy still talks, I cannot get past this point no matter how I try. How do I fix this? This is years of playing this game on save. It's completely locked up. Hello EA Sports NHL Team, I have been a loyal NHL fan since NHL 07 on PC. After that, I played every NHL game on PS3, PS4, and PS5, buying each new release. But now that I’ve switched to PC, I can’t play NHL anymore, and I really miss it.I truly believe NHL on PC has great potential, especially with crossplay. Many PC players want to play with their friends on consoles, both together in online clubs and against each other. If crossplay works in FIFA and NBA, why not in NHL? Eventually, it will have to happen, so why not now?By not releasing NHL on PC, you are losing dedicated fans who have simply moved to a better platform for graphics and performance. It’s frustrating that I can no longer enjoy NHL with my friends like before. My friend and I used to create an online club—me as a Center, him as a Goalie—and we had so much fun playing together. Now, I have no way to experience that, and I know I’m not the only one in this situation. I don’t want to buy a console just for NHL, and I don’t want to be forced to just watch others play while I sit out simply because I chose to game on PC. Please consider bringing NHL back to PC with full crossplay support. There is a demand for it, and many fans would love to see it happen. Connection Troubleshooting Advanced Connection Troubleshooting Having an issue on an Xbox console? A good place to start with Xbox troubleshooting is power cycling your console. This can help with many of the most common issues we see. This process doesn't erase any of your games or data. How to power cycle your Xbox console: Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
