Dragon Age: Origins - " You don't have access" error
Hello, I am getting the "You don't have access" error when trying to download Dragon Age: Origins on the EA App. Live Chat support informed me that they don't have the tools to resolve this issue and directed me to post here, so a Community Manager can look into it. I tried multiple solutions, like clearing the cache, installing a free game, then trying again, and many more, but nothing worked. Picture attached: I have attached proof of purchase (Order #1000790118680 from Oct 9, 2014) I played this game without issue as recently as December 2025. Screenshot of the error . Could a Community Manager please help me re-verify the entitlement on my account? Thank you!SolvedDAI NOT WORKING ON STEAM AGAIN

I am attempting to launch Dragon Age: The Veilguard through the EA app. The following error message occurs: “Game license is invalid The app couldn’t read the game’s license file, so we suggest relaunching the game in online mode. If the problem continues, try clearing your cache.” I am in online mode, indicated by a green check in the upper right corner of the EA app. After clearing the cache through Help->App recovery->Clear cache, the app restarts, but the same error message occurs when attempting to launch the game. After repairing the game through the app the same error occurs I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the same error occurs. Anything else I should try? Can’t download dragon age origins dlc on ps3
I recently bought a copy of dao ultimate edition for the ps3. I know the servers have been down for a while, but I saw that the dlc was supposed to be on the disc, so I figured I would be ok. I’m told the dlc is supposed to pop up in an “additional content” section next to dragon age on the xmb, but nothing is appearing. Is my copy corrupted, and my only option to buy it from the psn store now?New Steam Controller not compatible
Hello, I bought a new Steam Controller and want to play the game from Steam (activated there) when ingame the camera just auto snaps to the right, and it feels it auto moves in the settings menu in the game. Looking on steam forums more people have this problem. Can you identify the issue and give me a fix? I tried the ones that AI gave me, but no veil that didn't work either. Please respond back or i'm doomed to just refund. Due to not working game.DA2 dlcs problems on Steam
I have recently bought DA origins and DA 2 from Steam. With Origins, I had no problem with the DLCs, however with DA 2 I just reached Act 2 and noticed that the DLC statues did not appear in my estate. I then went and checked and saw that my dlcs are unauthorized, Also, the game is not letting me log in with my EA account. Is there a solution for this, or do I just have to accept that you can't play DA2 dlcs from Steam?Dragon Age Keep - Error
I've been trying to get into the Keep to edit a new world state, however I can only log in and always get an error message when trying to get to the tapestry or any other part of the site. I've tried clearing the cache, updating the password, using mobile device to log in, creating a new account, different browsers, all to no avail. The error message is the "Oops, an error occurred. Please refresh and try again". When I tried to create a new account I got the 500 error message. I'd like to avoid using a save editor to update, but I've not been able to solve this issue. If anyone has a solution I am listening.
