Problem with loading my save after the update:
I have an issue where, after the recent update, I’m unable to load my main save. The loading screen keeps going endlessly, and the game doesn’t actually load. I’ve tried turning off mods, repairing the game through Origin, and other basic fixes, but nothing has worked. However, when I start a new game, everything loads fine, and I can play without any issues.(I don't have the features of the parcel) I’d really like to continue playing my old save instead of starting a new game. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a solution? Any help would be appreciated!
newest update 'license invalid' WTF
since the latest update unable to play sims 4,because apparantly EA is dumb. I tried all their fixes even some from reddit NOTHING unable to start the GAME at all. how does a license be INVALID? Having the original CD ROM does jack,because origin needs to connect to internet WOW EA...at least keep ORIGIN open for such things. So i UNINSTALLED EVERYTHING and re instlled NOTHING. SO annoying that i have to search myself cos EA aint doing NOTHING
please fix the game
Fix the game the servers suck butt, the one tees are over powered, fix the goalie on how it slides side to side cuz you slide way to far and slides way to easy, and the penalty shots you can run into the goalie and that should be no goal like what the actual hell is up with this game… Please fix the game!!!
Can't create folder
Since the most recent update I have been unable to play the game. I get an error that the folder cannot be found. So after 2 days of trying to repair the game, which failed, I uninstalled the whole thing, and tried to reinstall. I get the same message... I am on a windows laptop. I do not use any CC or mods. Its going to take forever to download 63.44 GB of data, but that's ok. As long as it will actually download and install. What do I need to do? Please help! Cynthia
Delay between click
Ever since the Sept update my game has been very glitchy and lagging. When I click on objects and other sims there is a huge delay before the actions actually come up and some of the actions just do not work or when they are almost finished with the action it glitches and they do the tpose and just stand there and it doesn't finish the task. I've updated mods, deleted mods, and tried the game without ANY mods and the problem is the same.
Permissions error
I was playing The Sims 4 normally this morning, now it is saying it needs to be "repaired" and every time it downloads and prepares to "Repair" it says Permissions Error and I'm not able to do anything else. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game and the same problem occurs. Am I missing something? Thanks in advanceProblems with starting The Sims 4
Hi everyone, I tried to start the game but it always displays a window (I'll attach a photo to this post) and The Sims 4 doesn't start. I tried to restart the game or repair it, but nothing has changed. I would like to avoid uninstalling the game to not lose the downloaded expansions, is there another way?
New Update Deleted All of My Save Files
I just hopped on my Xbox One to check out the most recent updates and found that every single save file has been deleted. All downloaded content, thousands of hours of world-building and gameplay over the years - gone. What is this nonsense? Can they even attempt to fix this or am I permanently deleting this game? I’m pissed off beyond belief.
[LS] LE/Reset when trying to do romantic interactions
Play on PC. I purchased Lovestruck and the game updated. I haven’t played since before the update. When I played today, the woohoo and try for baby interaction is there on the sims and bed, but when you click on it the sims glitch and nothing happens. Unable to try for baby. Very disappointed that I can’t play anymore because of it. How am I supposed to continue my legacy family without being able to try for baby? Please fix this bug.
