EA STILL WAITING!! 😡😡
EA we are going on week 3 about my Misding content that now won’t be able to do or get players because event has expired. Not one person had contacted or emailed or have me any update. All I get is AI chat responses from people that supposed to be real people but obviously are not giving sane exact responses everytime. I’ve post 4 times in the futons with no response from anybody. Obviously wasted me real money and virtual money and going on 3 weeks and have heard nothing at all.Nintendo Switch EAFC26 Child Account
Has anyone else managed to sign in to their Childs account on EAFC26 on Nintendo Switch? Without this my son can't download the latest squads which to be honest is putting him off playing. The only solution is to use my adult account which completely defeats the purpose of having a child's account.

I didn't realize until today that there was supposed to have been an update? Normally, if an update is ready to be installed, it automatically tells me so as soon as I open the EA app (PC). I can't even play the game until the update is installed, which is honestly fine. However, I have not had that happen since the supposed recent update on Jan 6. No notifications whatsoever. It doesn't seem like the new content is in my game, so I don't think it secretly downloaded it behind my back or something. I play on Xbox series s and every 20 minutes the game crashes without any error message whatsoever. The game just crashes whether I'm capturing an objective, respawning, or completely randomly. I've been dealing with this problem for over a month now, and despite cleaning my Xbox, reinstalling the game cleanly, restarting, and deleting the HD pack, nothing works and the game is still the same. Any possible solutions?
Can we get some sort of time frame for fixes? Or at least an acknowledgement?
Can we get some kind of acknowledgement that support is even checking these threads? Can we get fixes for the game that doesn't require us gimping our GPU, CPU, And XMP/AMD EXPO (Ram speeds)? This probably includes the infamous DX errors this game is riddled with. Any time frame on getting hit reg fixed? You know, those moments of shooting an opponent in the back just for them to turn around and smoke you with what looks like 1 bullet ? Any plans on fixing the Fire camping that takes place in REDSEC? That's allowing people to hangout in the fire without taking damage ? What about what we were sold with Portal? Full progession with bots and friends? Being able to back fill lobbies with bots and enjoying with friends is part of why I purchased this game. Can we let the community decide on the game changes ? Not streamers? We paid our money, it's about time for some sort of acknowledgement. EA_Leeuw ??
Superstar & Prove Yourself Modes Not Working!
“An error has occurred. Please try again.” Have tried and successfully can load into other modes like Franchise, Ultimate Team, etc. I am even connected to EAs servers through Madden 26 and still nothing. It worked for sure before the update, I played it yesterday just fine. Since the update we got this morning, I haven’t been able to play Superstar Mode at all.Madden Companion App Issues
So I made sure there weren’t any updates to DL and the app is up to date. When I click on any of the windows for UT or Franchise it’s popping up a connection issue and I am certain that it’s not on my end, my internet is working and having no issues with any other apps. Can someone please help me or let me know what’s going on? Maybe just maintenance ?

I appreciate the consideration of sending fc points for free as an apology for the inconvenience. but I just want to play.. if you want you can remove the fc points, I didn't use them.. I just want to play a game I bought months ago..Unable to Rejoin a Match After Restarting the Game
After restarting the game, it becomes impossible to rejoin an ongoing match. When attempting to rejoin, a loading screen appears for approximately 3 minutes, after which an error message stating “Failed to connect to server” is shown. This issue occurs 100% of the time and repeats every attempt to rejoin the match. As a result, the player cannot return to the game and must wait until the squad is completely eliminated before being automatically sent back to the lobby. This bug has been occurring since the latest update.
Madden 26 Superstar mode Broken
What do we expect from EA. This might be your last CTR w NFL. And u can't get any patch updates working correctly?? After patch update nearly now going on 4 days, Superstar gm modes is disabled. However MUT works lol of course cus that's your golden goose, surprisingly franchise mode working. This on a brand spanking bought Series x. And yes internet is fine and I have a 240hrz 4k sony tv w 7.1 soundbar. And yes I build computers so im pretty technically savy. SO this is not a customer issue its an EA SERVER ISSUE And yes Confired w EA online virtual chat w no resolution. Y charge 100.00 -120.00 for a video game when its worth 30.00 no more, due to no features working or available or bugged & no response from EA. EA DO BETTER!! And get this fixed ASAP. FYI that's what pops up everytime Superstar tries to get launched on Series x. However Franchise & other gm modes work fine.
