EA App not connecting to internet

Question

I have been trying to update my sims 4 game, but the app continues to state it cannot connect to the internet. I play using a Mac, and my Mac is connected to the internet. I tried clearing the cache, logging in and out of the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and none of it worked. I reached out to the support team via chat and they just told me to report it on the forums.&nbsp;

I have the same problem with bf42 on my PC, I can play a game every now and then but then I get disconnected and I did everything but update my ea app I’ll try it when I’m off work and lyk

Same here! So frustrating. With all the money we spend on the game and add-ons, it's crazy not to even be able to play...
