Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"
Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a error message “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.” I’ve been dealing with this issue since early release came out. Really feels like I wasted money by getting the early release edition.Why are my packs glitched in ncaa 25
I bought 500 points for the ICYMI booster pack in the store and when I click on the pack I get an error message saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later” I have done a bunch of trouble shooting by deleting the game and redownloading it checking connection restarting router restarting my PlayStation and nothing seems to work. Somebody please help.

Yes - Error "Our servers cannot process your request“ Which game mode are you playing when this happens? Ultimate team - specifically Solo Battles Does this only happen in one game mode? Yes Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Closed application, deleted the game, reinstalled it. Hard reset across console and router. Created new line up, followed all previous advice in this thread. It’s beyond a joke now.
College Football asking to reset my password
Hi - I preordered the deluxe version and I have been unable to play Road to CFP, Dyansty because I am unable to login to the EA servers. I get the message that It's a full house, give us some time. I however specficially ordered the deluxe version so I could start playing now. So I essentially paid 30 extra dollars for that, and I am unable to play. How do I go about getting my refund for my 30 dollars and I will be fine waiting to play until the general release date (where by then hopefully you will have your servers scaled up sufficiently to handle the load)
Touchdown Tango House Rules No Final Reward
I have completed the touchdown tango house rules and still have not received my final reward 87 overall Corey Thomas. EA help has been of no help because I can't get anyone to give me a straight answer on what the problem is. I have photos to prove that I completed the house rules. This does not seem to happen to everybody because I have seen the reward player on other players' teams. I just want the card that I grinded for. It has been over five days, and they just keep saying they are investigating. Just put the card on my team please.Premium Platinum Pack Locked In The Store
Having some issue purchasing the premium platinum pack in the store after grabbing the 2 weekly platinum packs. Anyone know a work around? I was thinking of uninstalling the game and downloading again to see. EA support noted my issue but were unable to find a fix. It's my first time buying these packs but by the looks of it they reset on a weekly basis. I'm a bit unsure if I'll want to get the weekly packs again not knowing if the premium will still be locked. My points were for the 3 pc. combo: getting the 2 weekly packs and then premium but it hasn't played out that way for me. Any help would be appreciated 👍Team Builder Team Not showing up
Yeah man, I just made my team builder team just now and tried to download it and it wasn't showing up. Tried putting in my username : nothing. Keywords, brand and state : still nothing. I even tried recreating and resubmitting my school. It still wasn't popping up. I'm wondering if I have to wait for awhile or people are having similar issuesCollege Football 25 Causing PS5 To Overheat
Anytime I try to play an actual game, my PS5 start to give overheat warnings and then eventually shuts itself off. I can navigate menus and sim Dynasty mode with no issues, but once I go into a game this happens every time. This has never happened before, and I even made sure to clean it up real nice and still didn't fix the issue. Is anyone else having this problem? I am extremely frustrated that I spent $100 on a game that I can't fully play. This has to be an issue with the game and I am at a loss for what to do here.
