Hi Codemasters/EA team, I really enjoy EA SPORTS WRC on PS5, the driving physics and stages are fantastic! I would love to see the following classic rally cars added in a future update or DLC: Peugeot 106 A6 Renault Clio Williams Both are iconic cars in rally history and would be amazing to drive in the game. Dear EA Team, WRC is a pretty decent game, I am playing it since the release, a couple of improvements would be nice if you plan to make a new DLC or a new game in the future: there are a lot more spectators in real life, especially in Monte Carlo of Finnland for example. The drives make different tyre choices, also inbetween the stages, and do cross fits ( like snow on front right and soft tyre in the front left and so on). This is a big part of rallying, and would make the game a lot more realistic and enjoyable for rally fans! :) we only get to choose one set of tyres for all four wheels and if we take a spare it is the same type of tyreGeForce Now support
GeForce Now supports WRC games from 4 to 10 and Generations and Asseto Corsa Rally. I use a Logitech G29 wheel and it works very good (no visible delay). I can set detail level to ultra in any game and play in 2K, so it's a very big plus compared to playing on my Radeon 780M card and EA WRC 24. I play on Quest 3 using Virtual Desktop and the screen is as big as I want which is very nice for rally games. It would be nice to have EA WRC 24 access in GeForce Now to play the same way on ultra settings.Car performance doesn't make sense in this game
Why is the Citroen C4 WRC 320bhp when WRC cars were limited to 300bhp in that era. Same with the Focus WRC, Seat Cordboa WRC and Mini Cooper WRC being 315bhp. And WRC2 the Skoda Fabia RS Evo2 is 300bhp, Fiesta Rally 2, Hyundai i20 Rally2 are 290bp when WRC2 is limited to 280bhp, no? I know this game is dead for EA but I wish they'd fix some of the errors.
EA Anticheat Removal - when?
Now that EA WRC has more or less been abandoned, at least the horrible EA Anticheat should be removed. Since EA Anticheat was introduced, I haven't been able to play the game, EA didn't care, and I didn't get my money back either. So finally remove EA Anticheat from the game.
WRC VR never worked on my Quest 2 for a year
I waited for multiple updates hoping it would solve my issue but it never did. Basically when I launch the game it asks me if I want to start in VR, then the game restarts and proceeds to the menu. But on my headset it's either a black screen on Virtual Desktop or app launching screen on Steam Link. No issues with Dirt Rally 2.0 and other VR titles. Anyone else with the Meta Quest? Can you share your setup and settings?
EA WRC - Crash on Launch
I've uninstalled and reinstalled EA WRC (Steam) a couple of times, making sure to delete the folder in addition to Steam's uninstall. My video drivers and OS are updated. It shows the little loading box/splash screen, the progress meter fills up, and then the entire thing just fails to open. The only other thing I tried was adding -dx11 to the launch options. This didn't improve anything. Ryzen 9900X, RTX 5080, 64GB RAM, M.2, Quest 3
Game crashing after intro
Just bought WRC 24 PC two days ago and had no issues installing it. The problem is the game crashes after intro when the garage image appears. Before inscribing -dx11 on the advanced initialization options on EA App, the crash would take place before the seizure warning at the intro. Can I get some help? I've tried many of the solutions available online. Thank you
