My EA Account Got Hacked – Wrong Email, Can’t Access FC 24 (Steam)
Hello, My EA account that is linked to my Steam has been hacked. The email was changed to something I don't recognize (be*@jugarmail.com), and now I can't log in to my EA account or access EA SPORTS FC 24. I bought the game on Steam and played only Career Mode. But now I can't even open the game because EA App says I’m not connected to the right account. I tried logging in through signin.ea.com, but it asks to send a code to that hacker’s email. I have proof of purchase from Steam and I just need to recover my original EA account or at least unlink my Steam so I can play again. Please help me ASAP. I just want to play the game I paid for. I've been falsely banned on EAFC 25 due to alleged cheating.
Hi everyone, I would like to start off by explaining the situation I'm in. About a month ago, I've received an email saying that I've been banned on EAFC 25 due to alleged cheating. I've since been applying for appeal to lift my ban, however to no avail I was rejected from time to time for 10 times. After the 2nd attempt, I've only been receiving the same automated rejection letter which indicates that they did not review my account accordingly. To clarify, I don't believe that my level of gameplay was that of a cheater's nor did I install any third party software. If my gameplay was reviewed, it would be evident that no cheats have been used. It is in my principles that I always play the games fair and square according to the rules and guidelines stated in order to create a friendlier environment for the community. Is there any way to reach out to an EA admin to discuss this issue with? If it is your kindest intention, please do let me know. I have had several times now that after playing an entire game of Champions and winning, my connection is disconnected, causing me to lose. I have video evidence of it from multiple times. Don't come up with the idea that it is my WiFi because that is not the case. I have been playing with an internet cable for more than 10 years and have never had a problem with connection loss.
