League Tournament Using Wrong Lineup
I’m my league admin and so when I launch a league tournament I’m presented with the option of selecting which of my two lineups (an OVR 115 or OVR 114) I want to use. I always select the 115 to improve the quality of my chances, but I’ve noticed that, outside the league tournament, if I switch to my 114 for, say, a manger mode match, then this change inadvertently ripples through to the league tournament. For example, in my most recent tournament my team was still listed as a 115 in the tournament standings, but when I went to take my attacks it launched my OVR 114 squad and gave me correspondingly worse chances as a result. This appears to be a clear bug to me. If I’ve selected my OVR 115 squad at the outset (at the time I launch the tournament) then any toggling I do between squads outside the tournament page ought not change the squad I’ve already selected for the tournament. Please correct me if I’m wrong or if I’ve misunderstood how the selection process works. And, if I haven’t, please fix this bug, as, in the instance described above, it cost my league the chance to win the tournament.

Buonasera, segnalo un bug su FC Mobile: l’obiettivo “Ritira 20 premi accesso” resta bloccato a 7/20 nonostante abbia continuato a ritirare i premi giornalieri. Il contatore non avanza più. Potete verificare e correggere? Ho già cercato in diversi modi di chiedere aiuto in diversi modi, scrivendo e-mail e con la chat virtuale su FC Mobile e nonostante tutto non c’è stato nessun modo per risolvere o solamente dare una mano.

u can clearly see that EA wrote the wrong spelling of captains as cpatains in quest " take the challenge " reward....

Bug no evento Shanghai – Recompensas não recebidas
Hello, I had a problem in the Shanghai event. There were two videos to watch that give rewards. From the first video, I collected the reward normally. From the second video, I only received the first reward. After that, I left the video, went to the event, and collected two rewards. When I went back, it showed that all rewards were already claimed, but I didn’t actually receive the rest. Please check the logs and fix this issue. Prints attached.

Unable to claim Totti/Iniesta/Chiellini in the Rewards chapter of Captains event
Hi, Even after completing all the chapters and getting all the armbands, I don't see the option to collect any of the captains as shown in the attached screenshot. Please help!!

Hey, i need Iniesta to complete the latest captain mission. But i accidentally exchanged Iniesta into shards. Can i get my Iniesta back? You can take back the shards. I exchanged Iniesta OVR 107. or do you have another solution so i can complete this captain mission? THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, 50 shards are extremely valuable for a player like me.

Shrards Exchange Bug
In shrards exchange window I had 2 Huber 106 ovr cards which should be traded for 10 shrards but one of them showed 250 so I thought it was a big and traded the second one and got 250 shrards and then when I check my team my Forlan 111 card which I bought just a moment ago was not there so I am confused that was it forlan that I traded but it showed Hubers I even have proof which is a screenshot of I never got Forlan. My demand is that I want Forlan back because the error was not from my side. I kindly request assistance of the management associated with my issue. Thank You Waiting for your response.

Extra Time Videos Not Working
When I try to watch any video on extra time, it always show, "To make sure you are not a bot, please Sign in". When I try to tap on Sign in, the sign in button doesn't works. It also have option to watch on YouTube but it also doesn't work.

Black Screen After EA Logo – v25.0.03 (Android)
Hi, after the latest update my FC Mobile doesn't load. It shows the EA SPORTS screen and then just stays black then shows an error I have: - Cleared cache - Cleared storage - Uninstalled and reinstalled - Restarted my phone I have more than enough storage , so space isn't an issue. Please fix this.

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding a serious issue that occurred in my recent match (Football Center -> Club Challenge -> Premier League). When my opponent scored their second goal and the score became 1:2, he/she immediately abandoned the game. I continued playing, scored two additional goals, and the final score should have been 3:2 in my favor. However, at the end of the match, my goals after the opponent left were not counted, and the victory was incorrectly awarded to my opponent. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue — it has already happened twice. The first time I assumed it was a technical bug, but now it is clear that this is being exploited as a method of cheating. This situation undermines fair competition and damages the integrity of the game.
