The Sims 4 is missing from my game library on Origin
I'm not sure if anyone has the answer, but I'm going to try anyway. I bought the Sims 4 digital deluxe back in 2018 and haven't played it in a while. When i logged back on to Origin recently, it was not in my game library. I have the confirmation email and the order number, however there is no product code in the email. Missing Game; EA No help
I purchased Get Dating for $49.99 at the end of June. In my order history and origins, it says I own it and that it's in my library. I can't find it anywhere. I have done all the troubleshooting that EA Help suggested and did a game repair but I still can't find my game. I contacted EA but they will not refund me and have no solutions for me. I am unable to create a new account on Origin. I am trying to create a new account on Origin, since the last accounts email address doesn't work anymore. The Origins window just freezes when i press next after putting my email address, password and public identifier.
