After every few special event races I get a popup saying ; item retrieval failed , the store items could not be found. please make sure you logged into a Google account on your device and try again. when i install this game over ea app i cant click on it only the play button the whole site behind it wont open. I have a problem with Tuner Trials. Its can’t play my account it’s showing extreme every time. it’s locked to extreme BMW M3 cupe. i cant get any upgrade kit because it’s extreme. On 10/20/25 there was a aws outage and ever since then the “find session” no longer works for xb players. It will try searching for the first time but will stop soon after and each subsequent time the search is shorter and shorter until it just kicks you back to the online multiplayer menu screen. Hello EA, your Community again. I think you would make a TON of money, if you could just put one of those games up on the PSN CLASSIC CATALOGUE. NEED FOR SPEED MOST WANTED 2005 was only for a limited time on the ps3 store. I missed it, like a lot of players😔. Underground 1+2 was NEVER ON THE PSN STORE, it is a CRIME. Please just let us FANS ENJOY THE GAMES AGAIN. For NFS THE RUN, YOU COULD MAKE A REMASTERED ON THE NEW CONSOLES. I think that GEM 💯 gets overlooked. Hello, I have submitted a support Ticket. I will post here too, to see if I can get any help. I tried to link my EA acc to my Steam acc, as i bought NFS Heat on steam recently. I cannot start NFS Heat on steam because my steam account is linked to an email I have never heard of. tt******@gmail.com May I check if there is any way to de-link, and link my real EA account (logged in using gmail) to my own Steam account so I can play the EA games smoothly? Hey guys, been having this issue for the past two days, Google leads to problems that were solved using old methods and links that no are no longer accessible. When I launch the game I get an error window pop up that says, "The license limit for this product has been reached." and then tells me to go to EA for support. I tried to submit a ticket on EA's website but it just directs me to the forum or to some articles that have nothing to do with the problem I am having. I have the steam version of NFS 2015/16 and when it launches it just opens up ea play and then does nothing. Steam also stops showing NFS as running. Things done but with no luck: 1. Running Steam as admin 2. Running EA APP as admin 3. Running the game as admin 4. Updating all years of Visual C++ Redistributable 5. Turning off Overlay in EA App 6.
