NFS Heat extremely low FPS
Hi all. My laptop has been struggling to run HFS Heat recently. It used to be able to run the game properly, but now struggles to reach 20-30 FPS. This is not a high end laptop, it has an I5 CPU, a GTX 1650, and 8 GB RAM. It doesn't seem to improve with reduced graphics settings in-game either. I'm just concerned that I used to be able to run the game smoothly, but now it's like watching a street racing slideshow. I can't seem to figure out what changed. I'm almost starting to think something is wrong with my laptop. Any ideas?

I downloaded NFS The Run from EA app on PC. When I tried to run it, I got his error message. It had Chinese characters too. I searched online for some fixes, but they were for other games, and none of them worked. I tried going into C: > Program Files > EA Games > Need for Speed The Run > __Installer > directx > redist > DXSETUP.exe to install it. But after I installed it, I still got the error when trying to launch the game. I even restarted my PC and tried again, and still got the error. I also clicked on Manage > Repair on EA app but I still got the error when trying to launch the game. How can I make this game run? Someone, please help me. If you can make a video of how to fix it, that would be awesome. Thanks I captured video footage of it not working.
Glitches/Customization
So for some reason my front tires are wider than my rear tires and i cant change it. Its on my 69 charger which im using for drag racing. I never seen that in real life the rear ones are always wider and thicker than the front ones it not only dosen't make sense but looks ridiculous. Can you guys please fix or telll me why they are like that? Also there is not really any rim options for classic drag racing mucle cars can you guys please add some like sum Cragar 200-S rims,and Cragar S/S rims please. Also i would love to see a 1967 gto in the game as well. For clothes some converse or even some fake nikes if you cant add the real ones to the game. I would also love to see some actual pants added to the game like loose fit dickeys and or 501 loose fit levi jeans. I like wearing pants that makes my character look like a actual man, not pants that all look like joggers. I will attach screenshots of my charger wheels looking ridiculous and then send a picture of some rims i would love to see in the game and then i will attach the gto make and model. Thank you for you time there is more that can be added to the game that i would love to see but this is what i really want the most. P.s A mustang rtr spec 3 would be out of this world as well and why no toyotas?

I can summarize the main reasons for the success of these games as follows: Story-Focused Structure: Simple yet impactful stories helped players form an emotional connection with the game. Unforgettable rivals like Razor in Most Wanted or the mysterious tournaments in Underground are great examples. Deep Customization Options: The level of vehicle customization offered allowed players to create their own unique style. Cars became more than just game assets—they were extensions of the players themselves. Police Pursuits: The high-stakes police chases in Most Wanted created an adrenaline rush, offering players a unique and exciting experience. Unforgettable Soundtracks: The hip-hop and electronic tracks from Underground or rock songs in Most Wanted contributed greatly to the atmosphere of the games. The Current State of the Need for Speed Series In recent years, the latest Need for Speed games haven't quite managed to capture the excitement and thrill that earlier titles provided. One of the main reasons for this seems to be the focus on online modes, which has pushed the story and atmosphere to the background. While online features are undoubtedly popular and appealing to some players, there are still many players, like myself, who yearn for a single-player, story-driven experience. My Suggestions To bring Need for Speed back to its former glory, I have the following suggestions: Return to Story-Driven, Single-Player Games: A simple yet impactful story, for example, about a street racer starting small with tournaments and eventually battling larger gangs and the police, would be a great direction to follow. Deep Customization Options: The vehicle customization should return to the level of detail seen in the Underground series. Both visual and performance customizations would attract players. Police Pursuits: High-tension and strategic police chase mechanics should be reintroduced. A system like the Heat level from Most Wanted, where the police become increasingly aggressive, would be a fantastic addition. Unforgettable Atmosphere: Features like midnight street races, neon lights, and rainy asphalt roads could bring back the unique atmosphere of Underground. Emphasis on Soundtrack: Music that perfectly complements the game's mood should once again be a focal point. Remakes or Sequel Games: Remaking games like Underground or Most Wanted 2005 with modern graphics and mechanics, or developing new games directly continuing from these titles, could be a fantastic strategy. Final Thoughts I believe the number of players who, like me, long for the old Need for Speed experience and wish to relive those nostalgic moments is not small at all. NFS Heat ... Unable to load save and support communication
Why, if they didn't solve my problem via ticket (for which you can't open a discussion when support closes the chat window and then closes the ticket), can't you open a new one? I asked the AI bot on the American website what the delay is between tickets, supposedly 72 hours, while I solved the same problem after two days? But now no corrective measure works! I can't load my save in NFS Heat and I can't call support??? That's quite a lot, but in America it's apparently the standard.nfs 2016 not opening problem
Hello . My problem is that NFS 2016 does not open. The EA application opens. I say open the game, but it seems to open, but it does not open. The EA application opens again.How can I solve this error please help me. and Steps I took to resolve the error. I did everything: deleting and installing the game, repairing the game, downloading and trying it on a different computer, clearing the cache, updating the driver.Can i manually download my saves from cloud
Hello I was playing nfs Payback today and had a power outage that shut down my PC. After I launched the game again it said my savefile is corrupted. I deleted the files from Documents and launched it again and it still says file could not be read. Is there a way to manually get and replace the files with the latest cloud save? I know you could manage cloud saves back in Origin, but the EA App does not have anything like that. I downloaded the game before on a new PC after I played it so I know there is some cloud system in play. Can I recover it somehow?
Fanatec CLS Elite steering wheel not working
Hi. I have a Fanatec CLS Elite steering wheel with updated drivers. I installed the latest version of Logitech G-Hub. The game, in the settings screen tells me that the steering wheel is not supported but I saw in the forum that it is one of the tested ones. Setting the steering wheel on Playstation, after starting the game I can move in the menu using the joystick on the steering wheel but in the settings screen it tells me that it is not supported. If I start a race in single player the game crashes. Setting the steering wheel on PC, after starting the game no buttons work and I cannot move in the menu. Can you help me? Thanks
Need For Speed Wraps not showing up in 2025
I just downloaded Need For Speed on PC through Steam today. When I went to customize my car, it said "Unable to load your customs wrap(s) from the server. Please try again later.". Then when I went to look at the wraps for the most popular, it says "You have no free slots to download wraps". But I have connection because I can see that someone uploaded a wrap a couple hours ago, I just can't see what they are or enable them.
NFS RIVALS
Im having hard time with NFS RIVALS, Ea had issue loading my cloud, waited days and days, still the same, they say i can still launch it and i did, i lost all progression, the cloud isnt working anymore, and no local folder to save either, there is nothing wrong with steam, it all start on EA app, they cant tell me why the cloud isnt working on only this game, i deleted everything to reinstall freshly but nothing, it just wont create a local save folder and i cant count on Ea and their cloud about it either as they mostly fail to help on whatever the issue is. I tried admin start, reinstall, nothing can save my game, it is a issue only on Rivals.
Need For Speed: Heat causes computer to randomly Reset
The game causes the computer to restart after playing 5-45min. Measures I have taken include updating windows, updating drivers, monitoring temperatures and voltages (nothing overheating, no unusual voltages), reinstalling the game, running stress tests (Furmark & Prime95 w/ no resets or crashes), checking the event viewer the only error shown is "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." I have adjusted graphic settings to low and changed AMD software to ECO and Low. This is the only game causing this issue; I have tested GTA5, Hogwarts Legacy, Minecraft, PoE2, The Ascent, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Final Fantasy XV, and Throne and Liberty, all of which run without resets and for extended periods (1 hours+). I have tried Fullscreen, Windowed, and Borderless modes. Fullscreen mode causes fewer restarts, Windowed mode causes the fastest resets, and Borderless mode falls in between. Any assistance from EA would be greatly appreciated.
