Dear EA & Criterion Games, I'm a long-time fan of the Need for Speed franchise, and one game that stood out as a truly unique and cinematic experience was Need for Speed: The Run. The combination of intense cross-country races, real cars, dramatic storytelling, and breathtaking environments created something unforgettable. To this day, many fans remember the game fondly and wish for a sequel. At the end of the game, sam says : "if your interested in doubling down, I just got call", so it can be a reason why it needs sequel One aspect that especially impressed me was the quality of the character models and animations. For a racing game, The Run delivered surprisingly high production values in terms of cinematic presentation and believable characters. It made the story more engaging and the experience more immersive. With today’s technology and the power of next-gen consoles, the potential for The Run 2 is massive. Imagine an even larger and more dynamic U.S. map, more player freedom, deeper story elements, and modern graphics — it could be a masterpiece. We also hope that if a sequel is ever planned, it is given the proper time and resources it deserves. Rushed development can limit the creative potential of such a unique concept. The Run 2 deserves to be a polished, complete experience that builds upon the original’s vision without compromise. NFS Heat Random Crashes – No Error Logs, Exhaustive Fixes Attempted
Hi everyone, As a long-time NFS fan returning to the series after 12 years, I was thrilled to play NFS Heat – but I'm experiencing constant, unexplained crashes that make the game unplayable. The game simply closes without any error messages, and I can't find relevant crash logs in: - Windows Event Viewer - Game installation folder - EA App logs My Setup: - CPU: Intel i9-14900KF - GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4080 SUPER (latest drivers) - RAM: 64GB - OS: Windows 11 24H2, DirectX 12 - Launcher: Steam (with EA App running in background) Everything I've Tried: ✔ All overlays disabled (Steam, EA App, Xbox Game Bar, Discord, NVIDIA) ✔ V-Sync disabled both in-game and in NVIDIA Control Panel ✔ Verified game files through Steam & EA App ✔ Fresh driver install (DDU used for clean NVIDIA driver install) ✔ BIOS updated, all game folders whitelisted in antivirus ✔ Admin mode, compatibility settings tested ✔ Temps monitored (no thermal issues, CPU/GPU usage normal) The game runs perfectly at 100+ FPS on Ultra... until it suddenly crashes to desktop without warning. Has anyone solved this? Are there any: - Hidden log locations I might have missed? - Known conflicts with modern hardware (14900K/4080 SUPER)? - EA App background process issues I should check? Look not trying to be annoying or anything about Razors return from the lockdown update or anything out of the ordinary, but will we be getting a video message from Razor himself on YouTube and all of the above in the future and I would say that Razor could be hiding somewhere in Rockport after the lockdown extraction of his BMW M3 GTR that I believe that he broke out from the prison in Rockport and I believe Cross is probably looking for him now and I still can’t wait to take down Razor again hopefully I will take him down with a Pontiac or a Oldsmobile either way I guess. Also I have some cars in mind, 2007 Chevrolet Equinox Sport, 2007 Pontiac Torrent GXP, 2024 Ram Rampage pickup, 2023 Jeep Renegade for the SUV/Truck off road racing point of view but as for the cars to begin the career with please bring back some of the cars from the BlackBox era I think including the following 1998 Dodge Neon Coupe, 2003 Peugeot 206 2 DR hatch etc and I also want to ask that if anyone from the NFS team or Team Kaizen for short has put out for the community to find cars to suggest for the next title I will be glad to help support.Need for Speed broken update
EA games Login hotmail Maxnathan7 Comment email. 14/4/25 As this is apparently the only route whereby I can effectively communicate with EA, here goes. Having upgraded from PS4 to PS5, I find that an update for Need for Speed ‘Heat’ which is fine on PS4 causes the game to stutter and stop constantly on my PS5; making it totally unplayable. The person I chatted to today tried to be helpful by suggesting numerous ‘fixes’ and ‘workarounds for this issue. All of these options DO NOT work, because the update that persists in trying to install BREAKS THE GAME ON PS5! Yes, I can reinstall the game offline and keep deleting the persistent attempt of the ‘update’ installation, but this is so annoying and completely unnecessary given that this is so obviously an issue that the developers at EA games could easily address and resolve and I find it particularly annoying that they will not do this. Could this be because the game does not provide them with any income from DLC’s? How sad that they treat customers so shabbily? It would be great if someone could respond to this comment; my email is [edit: email address removed] I suspect, however, that I will be ignored.
Need for Speed: Heat RTX 40-50 Series Issues
So no longer ago I upgraded my PC into a better one, adding one of the best performance graphics card the RTX 4070 TI Super 16GB VRAM on my PC, problem I saw on NFS Heat was the gameplay was actually very smooth, but the cutscenes... no so good, even the intro of the game is laggy as hell, the sound is bugged out with audio bugs, the image stutters and if I go to check it runs with at least 3-5 fps/min and that's a terrible experience if you ask me for someone who wants to try the game on a new hardware and wants to do the story mode of the game too, from what I saw (Do not try this is illegal) trying to run the cracked version of the game which if I'm not wrong is the 1.0 Version the release version of the game, the cutscenes run perfectly but the gameplay is bugged and laggy, I guess you guys fixed the gameplay issues with the game but then you created a problem with the cutscenes that's been going on for at least half a year, I created this discussion in hope for the EA support to see it and maybe try to fix this issue with the game 'cause it's painful to play that way, and the problem seems to be like I said only for the RTX 40-50 cards users, those with mid-range builds don't seem to have a problem with this from what I saw, I guess it's tied to the fact of the fps limit maybe, 'cause if your game runs at 60fps no more the cutscenes are no problem but as soon as you get above those limits the game starts to break in cutscenes I mean, so please take a look into the game and fix your game!
Paint and wrap feature not working!!!
Hello! ive made quite a few posts about this over the years, in the past ive ended up giving up and just not playing because its a little frustrating. but then i end up missing the replies of staff or people trying to help. I will do my best to keep an eye on this post though in hopes of a solution. Ive been having this problem for 3 years now. Ive upgraded my pc many times since, my pc has been factory reset many times aswell. Windows re installed, restarted my game progress to try seeing if that worked. Nothing has worked for me and its upsetting. I enjoy playing this game but being unable to even change the color of my cars kinda ruins it for me. currently, when i run NFS Heat, the game will give an alert, saying my driver is out of date, while it is not here is the alert: according to intel Customer Support Technician and driver team, nfs heat is using an old version format, so the game thinks the driver is old, even if it isn't After investigating this matter, we want to let you know that this has been debugged by our driver team already and it is in fact an application issue. NFS Heat Crew Update
I'm here to update some crew info on NFS Heat. I have gotten some players wanting to join Hazzard Company on Heat for the lvl 50 crew car reward. So i'm here to update the crew info. The crew is dead and I don't have Heat installed on my PS5 anymore. The game has been removed to make room for Forza Horizon 5. So everyone who see's any old posts of mine where I'd let players join my crew just to get the car. Now know that I don't play anymore. I already tried Unbound and found it way to loaded with offensive content that I had to sell it back to GameStop. So hopefully this stops the random messages about NFS Heat. With how loaded Unbound is of all that offensive content. I'm not even sure I can trust them to make another good NFS game to be honest. So anyways there's the NFS Heat crew update I wanted to just get posted. Have fun.
NFS: Hot Pursuit Play 'X' mode 10 times achievements not unlocking.
I am playing NFS: Hot Pursuit remastered through Steam. I am nearing 100% completion through achievements. I am on the online segments, and was unlocking the different mode specific achievements. I have unlocked some, like arms race, cops version of Interceptor and race mode. Racer specific interceptor and both versions of Interceptor are still locked, even though my online career sheet shows more than 10 in each category. In fact my driver stats show 99%, i have 3/4 on both cops and racer interceptor modes with 12 and 12. I've already reset the EA app and cleared cache. Reloading game does not yield any different results. Any other tricks to try?

NFS Heat wheel not working
EA said that T300 RS would be a supported wheel but it doesn't seem that way. I installed the sketchy LG HUB shovelware but it didn't help. It seems that NFS Heat wants to recognize the wheel as a controller, but that doesn't allow me to rebind anything so the keybinds are completely bonkers. The pedals also don't work, which means the wheel is useless. There is also a massive deadzone that I can't seem to fix It seems EA lied about wheel support.

Can’t claim MClaren F1 package
I bought the product a week ago, it’s been 4 days that I’m lvl 31, I’m supposed to be lvl 30 go do the misión but it won’t appear for me, I tried deleting the game downloaded back up, clear cache, check for updates everything but still the same, chat with a team member nothing I did helped me get what I bought
NFS: Most Wanted does not work right
NFS: Most Wanted seems to be trying to connect to "Origin" servers, which appear to no longer exist. The game should have all references of the servers replaced with EA App appropriate ones, so the game works correctly. (Or better yet downright removed from the games coding via a client update) Example: Unable to drive away any of the cars that parked around the city. Instead of "Press "E" to Drive", you get "Press "E" to go to the store". (I shouldn't need to go to the store, as I purchased the game, hence it's reason for being in my library. * It seems like you can drive away with a car ONCE before it deadlocks to wanting the store... (This is how I got the Raptor) ** For further entertainment, try deleting your saved game and starting a new one... Thank you,
