cannot see all active challenges
For the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to find all my active challenges in one place, before that there was an arrow to click that said show all active challenges, it's disappeared. The main page shows the current daily and weekly challenges, I have to go into the cinderella event page to find those challenges and I keep forgetting what games I currently have active and for the last two days have only played two games, as they are the only ones I've remembered that have active challenges. Often I don't have time to go looking in separate places to find what my challenges are, I just have a few minutes to sit down and play a game, then I have to go and do more chores. I have already been thinking that pogo is no longer holding my attention enough to continue with club pogo after this month, this problem is cementing that thought, as I like to play several games and keep up with my challenges and I just can't without being able to find all my active challenges in one place. The last week I haven't even worked on any weekly or personal challenges, I barely get to do the daily challenges, I have only had time to check the cinderella page, so only played two games from those challenges, it's rather disappointing when I like your site for all the different games I can play all the time, that's why I pay, but I'm not enjoying it of late.Solvedmeamoo252 months agoSeasoned Novice32Views0likes2Comments
Merge Academy coin purchase did not show up
Has anybody purchased coins in Merge Academy and they didn't show up? I spent 40 gems to purchase 100 coins and it took the gems but didn't provide the coins. accidentally used gems in pogo wheel of fortune
tried the new pogo game wheel of fortune today. did not understand the game and accidentally used gems without even realizing what i was doing. i'm asking that those gems be replaced I didnt even really play the game there was no real directing in that game. Spin to Win Pogo Slots Challenge
I am playing the Spin to Win Challenge and I'm doing the pogo slots one. It says to get a win with 2x or more multiplier. What has to happen for me to get credit for this? I've had wins where 2x and 3x were on the board but I've yet to get credit for any wins. What am I doing wrong or what needs to happen to get credit? Missing in game purchases and support said they were reporting the issue as a bug on their end and to reach out here and post this so I can get it fixed. No credit for Pogies today
I am not getting credit in the new constellation. I did the two daily challenges, but only got 100 Pogies. I completed three of the bingo card challenges without any credit for Pogies. It is not because I have gone up a level in the constellation, just not getting credit. I got 100 for cookie connect, but it did not go up for stack-em or the bingo card challenges completed. I am having issues with Merge Academy loading, using 6 different devices, which are 2 different desktops, 3 different laptops and an IPAD. I can turn around and use my wife;s account and log in, load and play on the same different devices. THEREFORE, IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM BUT POGO'S !! When I try to chat with someone they always push for me to check different avenues which are useless and stupid since I can play on my wife's account. 3 different case numbers have been assigned in 2 months with resolution of CLOSED. NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR FIXED. I am about ready to cancel 2 yearly accounts and subscription!
