Solitaire Home Story
Hello for over 6 months now I have been having trouble with Solitaire Home Story I have reported it on here and other places and it still has not been fixed. I have 430 stars and it will not let me get past Chapter 3 give Kate a tour. It just freezes up and won't do anything else. I am really thinking about cancelling my club pogo subscription if I can't get this issue fixed. You guys have made the challenges unattainable without power ups, not cool. I am on level 1426 on SHS played for 3 days it is impossible to play without power ups. Merge on ch3 lvl 4. This game is no longer fun. You need to figure out a way to let us buy power ups with game points which are no longer applicable because you want us to buy gems. I am very unhappy and have been a player since 2005. Your focus should be on players not your revenue. Surveys are pointless, you dont change things. Chat is censoring ty yes no but you can say s word and f word, makes no sense. fix this!!! When I get indefinite joker rewards, then also meet the requirements for Oscar's Treats on the second win one of the jokers gets removed instead of giving me 4 jokers, I'm still left with three. I LOVE playing Canasta and I play descent but I noticed, even when I win, I lose points. A person I'm playing quits before the end of game because she is losing, and a bot comes on and I continue till I win and I lost points. Does that compute to you? I have gotten VERY frustrated with this particular game perimeters because the other person ALWAYS gets a canasta first or second play and my hand has maybe one or two of the three-of-a kind... The computer is definitely siding with my opponent consistently and I play every day. Can something be done with this? My frustration level is that I'm wanting to quit pogo because of it. Merge Academy Probs
Hi Powers that Be, I'm having two major problems with one of my favourite games. When the mini Mine Game and the Mermaid Game are opened, they are great. (Wish you would keep them alive for a much longer time though.) While playing them what the energy is released into the game, for amounts up to 140 energy, it's not being transferred to the mini game, or to home game. They are lost. When i've found them and they dont appear in either part of the game, I reload the game and they still dont appear. With the Mermaid game, I got 2 x 140 energies, so 280 energy, thats a lot for this game, but they dont appear anywhere. They get lost in the abyss of lost game parts. Can you please fix it?" The Pogo Nikolaus the MerryMaker mini game, that Pogo currently has active, sometimes they put up energy or coins for Merge Academy, but again they dont appear in the game. Even when the whole Pogo site is reloaded to update everything. It's annoying.
