No NPC interaction
I miss in skate 3 being able to run into pedestrians on my board, and even swing and hit them with/without the board. In the new skate, you can’t even crash into the NPCs, they will dive you no matter what. the riding feels great, I like the new map, but there is a lack of real story that makes the old games really interesting. I think they should bring back the old game modes for multiplayer too.Mission Progression Blocked
Hi, I’m currently participating in the pre-alpha playtest of Skate on PlayStation 5. I’ve encountered a progression-blocking issue: I had a mission in progress, and I believe I completed it (or triggered the final step). Now, that mission has disappeared entirely from the mission tab. Vee keeps prompting me to finish the current mission, but there is no mission shown or available to complete. As a result, all following missions remain locked, and I’m unable to continue progressing through the game. I’ve already tried restarting the game and revisiting different areas, but the issue persists. Platform: PlayStation 5 Skate Version: Pre-Alpha Let me know if you need any more details (logs, screenshots, etc.). Thanks for your help!Is this game cooking anyone else's CPUs?
I like this game, it's fun. But today while playing my computer stopped working and when I put my hand over it the heat was crazy. Now I'm monitoring the temps of my components while I play and my cpu is jumping up by nearly 30c when I'm playing this game. I have a friend also playing who said his computer did something similar. I have an intel i7 10700kf so not the newest or best cpu by any means but this game doesn't seem like it should be pushing my computer like this. Has anyone else seen anything similar? I want to play this game but my computer doesn't seem to agree.Can't access the game
As per title, for some reason when I try to start the game I just get a white windowed screen with the skate cursor on it, however nothing loads up. If i try to close it with the regular cursor nothing happens and I have to force it closed via the task manager. I recently got my profile hacked but managed to recover it, I also reinstalled windows from scratch as a safety precaution. Please let me know if there is a way to fix it!
Glitches two
Ok so I found a glitch where you can do Superman onto floor and I launches you to space of THATS #1 #2 is way more important I know someone he has been trying to reach out to you guys and he has been stuck under the map in the beginning of the game at the mega park can you guys help and do something about that please his discord is nacbkny and username for the game is LeThaLxDoWnMy thoughts on Skate.
I am loving this game overall. So much more smooth than skate 3. The parkour element is awesome as well as the spread eagle sky diving. It is very fun to use those to get massive speed, pull out your board and land on a ramp. With that being said, I would like to be able to have better places to go on the map where you can hit huge ramps and land some where. There is awesome launch spots like at the church with the 3 ramps but there is no where to land and roll out. Skate 3 had the mega park and quarry to mess around and do crazy tricks with high air. I also wish you could spin faster. I miss doing 1080s like in skate 3. It is extremely difficult to even get a 720 or 900 spin now. Other than that I love this game!
