Not able to progress in my missions.
I got off the game while in the middle of the mission titled “Finer Grind.” When I went back to play I was still on the same mission but not able to find it. I can still see the mission that I’m supposed to do and I can track it but it will not allow me to go to the location. I am not able to see it on the map. If there is anyway to fix this please let me know or let me know the location for mission named “Jabronis?!?!”
Skate. playtest not in library. fix list
After receiving an invite to join the skate. playtest with the nda's and such I've not yet gotten it to appear in my ea app library. Also on the playtest website skate is under the "playtest in progress" or something, saying I'm not actively partaking in it. Fixes I've tried so far: Reinstalling EA App. Signing in through google and again with just gmail. Clearing App Cache. (App Recovery button) Making more than one survey and double checking everything is correct on the playtest site. Alternate between different EA accounts. Viewing account order history to see if it appears there. (It did not) Contacted EA support. (No answer yet) Reloading page and searching for Skate in search bar.No skate.cpt file after 5 months, help
I got accepted for the skate. playtest about 5 months ago, and I got the email saying I could play and the guide to play it, but there's no skate.cpt file in my library, I've tried many fixes on the forums such as logging out and logging in, clearing cache, re downloading and more, but still no skate cpt file, I really want to play the playtest and haven't been able too this entire time, Can anyone help?No playtest invite yet.
I RSVP'd for the guaranteed playtest back on June 11th and I am on Xbox Series S and have yet to get an email in my inbox with an invite/code. I was told at the end of the RSVP survey that I was guaranteed to get in. Again, I RSVP'd on June 11th, play on Xbox Series S and haven't gotten an invite/code yet. When should I expect to get my invite/code?I cannot access my play test
I signed up for the play test with an EA account with an active email that I would eventually overwrite with my old account because I couldn’t access that email. Am I still eligible for the play test? I got the confirmation email from the same email that is linked to my current account. when I signed up for the play test, I had 2 EA accounts. One was connected to my Xbox and one was not. I signed up for the play test with the account that wasn’t liked to my Xbox and got the play test confirmation email. I wasn’t able to access the game because i got the error 480232561. So to try and solve the problem, I contacted EA support to change the email of the account that was linked to my Xbox with the email that received the play test confirmation. In the process, all information from the account with the play test email got overwritten to transfer my old account onto that email. Is there any way to still play the play test?Download for Xbox
If you’re on Xbox, after you input the code emailed to you in a web browser, it states it will automatically download and it does not. You will need to make sure you have enough space on your console before doing so. If you enter the code and game is not yet downloaded, search for “skate.” On the Xbox market place and it will indicate that you already own the game. Proceed to download as you normally would and should be able to playSkate Playtest friends code
I signed up for the playtest (I thought) via a friends referral code and when I signed up I too got a referral code gave it to a friend. Both of them area already in the playtest while I am still waiting... Did I do something wrong or am I just in a queue behind them? Can I check somewhere to see if I am actually signed up? I went to the playtest portal home and didn't see anything there regarding the playtest. I had my friends go check their portal as well and they had all the same info as me on their portals. I just hope I didn't mess up my registration!RSVP
Filled in a form for RSVP and sent it to my friends, did that qualify me for the play test too? They have gotten in but still waiting and it doesn't say I have got any upcoming play tests? Just wondering whether I messed up and didn't sign up and only got the RSVP code. I'll keep a look out just in chanceunable to join the playtest due to a 6 month restriction to unlink an EA account
Got the email, was invited, downloaded the game and now due to an account unlinking restrictions I likely wont be able to participate as I already linked my Xbox account to another email that wasn't signed up. Tried to use EA Help to no avail as they couldn't do anything about it. So i guess ill have to wait for early access :(
