ErrorCode 3.0
When attempting to connect with either my phone or through the EA PC Client, I am repeatedly getting an "ErrorCode 3.0" error. The game will not load, despite the suggested restart. On my phone I have deleted the game, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the game. The issue persists, regardless of whether I am connected to wifi or using carrier data. I have no issue connecting with my tablet on a different account, which is connected to the same wifi network as my phone and PC. Edit note: This may be an account specific issue. So I just received an ”apology for your inconvenience “ message in the game. It includes 1 credit 1 crystal and 3 chewie shards. Has CG started sending out messages to intentionally and unambiguously declare that they don’t care about issues in the game? Could this be taken as anything other than an intentional insult? To be clear, the only thing I’m aware of that could trigger a compensation reply is when I very calmly and politely informed them that my game crashed twice during the recent GA. So while I am on my home network, I get the "Connection Lost - Your session has expired. Either another device has logged into this account, or it has been 24 hours since you last logged in." and offers a "reload" button that just keeps me in this loop. So again, this happens on my home network, on my PC version AND on my mobile phone when connected to wifi. But the weird thing is, if I disable wifi and go over my phones data, it works just fine. Reconnect to wifi and it stops working again. So something to do with my internet/router or something is what I guess, but literally everything else works fine, I can log into any other game, MMOs, Discord, Work VPN etc, only thing I can't connect to is SWGOH on my connection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing seems to work, any ideas what could be causing this? It was working fine until I was kicked out of the game a few hours ago saying it needed a client restart, at that point I saw google play had an update for the app on my phone so I updated it. Then this started...my internet provider is Xfinity so maybe there is something in this new update that my provider isn't able to validate, a certificate or something? I purchased the Empire LST and went into the game but it said something went wrong and gave my crystals instead. The Empire LST offer on longer appears. I purchased the Tank LST. It said it was successful but then required I restart the game and now no Tank LST appears and nether does the offer appear. Who do I talk to that can resolve this? Earlier this month Unity released an announcement regarding the exploit, CVE-2025-59489, which allows arbitrary code execution through Unity with the permissions granted on the host device and has existed in every version of Unity since 2017. This means malicious code could use the PC Client and Android App to steal information or worse from devices where it is installed. The platforms it is affecting are: Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. Unity has released a Remediation guide for developers to patch their games and remove this exploit. However at least for the PC Client the Unity version has not been patched, it is running 2022.3.62f1 which is a Susceptible Version. I have not seen any information posted regarding a timeline or action being taken to address this situation and hope that there is something happening in the background because right now anyone who is playing the game on these platforms is at risk. Purchased a few LSB’s today (Kylo, Finalizer, Raddus and Rey) all of them were received except the Rey LSB, Paid via pay pal pay in 3, I can see the charge on my bank account and a confirmation email.
