Re: Information for Mac users running macOS Lion (10.7)

Is this only for macOS Lion because I have macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6? If this does not affect mine, will it at some point in the future? Do you guys plan to stop supporting all Mac software versions?

@samicharae If your computer is currently running macOS Sierra 10.12 then it is also compatible with macOS High Sierra 10.13. I would recommend updating. Apple usually supports the three recent versions of macOS so macOS Sierra 10.12 will become unsupported when Apple releases macOS Catalina 10.15 in the near future. What model Mac do you have?

As clearly stated in the opening post, and in a few others in this thread, it ONLY affects 10.7 Lion users. You are running 10.12 Sierra which is not 10.7 Lion.

@Jeannine_1561macOS 10.12.6 is unaffected. You should really consider updating your operating system, if possible. Do know what model MacBook Air you have? You should be able to find out by clicking on the Apple menu and choosing About This Mac. Somewhere in the window that opens should be something similar to "MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015)".
