How to link EA Account to PS4?

I tried to link my account but it keeps saying credentials aren't there? I tried to reset my password several or more times and nothing. I cleared all browsing, cache and everything else and still won't work ☹️ All I want to do is get into my gallery. It's been years and I quit playing because my gallery and the linked stopped working. I"m trying to get back into the game.

    Hi @Ravencall92,

    Can you log into your EA account on the EA app and confirm if there might already be a console linked up please? You can find this out by checking your Connections page on myaccount.ea.com. Any Xbox gamertags and PlayStation™Network Online IDs that are linked to your EA Account will show under Connections.

    If you can't see anything in the Connections section, please log out and try logging into the EA app EA account using the console (see here). If you get in, check to see what email is registered to the EA account please.

    @EA_Lanna I don't have any connections and when I try to connect to my playstation to link it up it says credentials are no longer available. So I'm really confused and tried changing passwords as well and nothing.

    Hi @Ravencall92 

    Does the error say that your credentials have been expired? If so, it sounds like your PlayStation ID is linked up already to a different EA account instead than the EA account you're currently trying to link it to. 

    You'd need to locate the secondary EA account that your PlayStation ID is already linked up with, and reset the password that EA account instead. If you need help locating the details for this other EA account, you can contact live support for further assistance on this, as we wouldn't have access to your account details here on the forums to investigate into this further with you. If you have any issues getting through the help site to contact live support, please let me know!
