Can't enter pool & can't place a pool ladder bug
I have tried to build a roof pool, and for the life of me I can not add the final finishing touch; the ladder! This wouldn't be a big deal if my Sim could get in the pool with out a ladder, but he simply can not. There is absolutely no reason for why he should not be able to enter the pool. When I try to add a pool ladder It says "insignificant wall height for placement". I have tried every single possible fix I could think of; I've tried all the different wall sizes & pool depths, I have tried placing the ladder against a solid wall and not where I've put windows, I've tried to go to the second floor and put the ladder, and/or stairs and I have tried removing all fencing around the floor with the pool. I Do not have any cc or mods. At first I tried to build the pool on the 3rd level, and so I thought that maybe you couldn't have a 3rd level, so then I removed it and tried building one on the 2nd level, but it still says the same thing. This is driving me crazy because each time I've built the pools I've had to do major reconstruction of the house! I have posted my issues in the Sims forms and have had multiple replies with suggestions on what the problem might be, and I have exhausted all possibility's.
