Removing mods isn't enought. Move the mods folder to desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder and fix game in Origin.

I've delete the file and repaired my game. Still no joy. I've tried all TVs on a new household in a new save.

Mods I have (had, for the record):

Sim Lag Fix

UI Cheats Extensions

<some adult mods>

Tongue mod

Basemental Drugs

MCCC

A bunch of CAS clothing CC

Edit (crin): Please don't name adult mods in here, even when just using an abbreviation>
