2 days after my last play and my entire months worth of progress is GONE? I’ve spent over a hundred dollars on expansions in this same month for all of my progress to randomly be deleted. It’s as if I never even played Sims! Everything is gone. Can’t contact EA, either. There is not one button on the site that lets me chat with them, I only find the option to post in the forums. EA is lucky I can’t find a way to contact them directly.
what platform are you playing on ? Are you using oneDrive/iCloud ?
The game likes to switch between those making you seemingly loose your progress although you can still find it on the other drive.

To my knowledge, they have some bot now but that's not the point.
I haven't tried the chat bot but depending on what option you choose, you should still get the normal chat ? I usually don't need support so I haven't tried though. cause I don't want to open a case with them if I don't need one.
