On Xbox, I have a second account which works (same game, same servers, same Xbox, same settings, different EA profile) so I'm happy with DNS settings and port settings.

Hmm, gotcha. Do you know if your Xbox account has any sort of Xbox Live restrictions at the moment? Was it actioned by Xbox Live recently?

No, it's not fixed. The issue is with players that have more than one person on the same EA account. You cant get into a match because EA servers think there are 2,3, etc. people on the same account trying to play. It's the same reason people on the same account can't play Madden 21 at the same time. Even if they both paid for the game and are on different consoles they still can only have one of them on the game at a time. Also EA will not unlink one of you for any reason so your Gamertag or PSN is forever apart of that EA Account. EA is garbage, they are not player friendly, they do not care about the player, they only care about the $$$$.

ive even went to the extent to uninstall and re install i dont know whats going on but apex is my favorite game please help me sir because my hasn’t randomly fixed itself its been like this for 3-4 weeks please help kent

Which platform do you play on? If you play on console, do you have crossplay enabled?

I play on xbox and my option to turn it on or off is transparent like i dont have the option to turn it on or off please help i miss apex

Do you have access to a PC on the same network as your Xbox? If so, could you try running a UO Trace when you've got the chance? That will give us a more detailed look at the connection between your home network and our servers, so if there is something happen in between we may be able to spot it. 

You can find more information on how to run the test over at the EA Help website. Look for the section titled How to run UOTrace. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message.

It's a way for us to gather more info, but if you aren't able to run the test that's OK. How is your Xbox currently connected to the internet? Is it using wifi, or is it connected with a network cable?

Go and see if it's allowed or blocked on your Xbox settings not Apex settings-

Settings> Account> Privacy & Online Safety> Xbox Live privacy> View details & customize> Communication & multiplayer> (2nd option) You can play with people outside of Xbox Live- change from "Block" to "Allow".

Worked for me.
