Re: Bought Apex Coins and didn't receive them

Like I have told support before I have contacted Sony multiple times about this.  On their side it is showing the purchase going through and the coins going through.  There is just something wrong with my account.  The reason I know this is true is because everything I purchase that isn't Apex Legends related I get.  For example I have bought stuff from Fortnite, and received it.  I have bought stuff for NBA 2k20 and received it.  Everything else works EXCEPT for Apex Legends related stuff.  Every time I buy coins I don't get them.  I've had to go to support to finally receive them but this time, even though I proved that I made the purchase, they refused to give me my coins and said this is a known problem with other people as well.  Well I have not seen anyone else have this happen to their account.  All I want to do is support the game and buy things in game and I'm not able to do that.  Now I've basically had 20 dollars taken from me by EA because they won't give me my coins that I bought and Sony won't give me a refund.  This is 100% a EA problem that has to do with my Apex Legends account.  EVERYTHING else works.  But EA continues to lie to me and this time it seems like EA is ok with stealing from me as well.

What can be done about this?  There is obviously something wrong with my account because I can't even download the free ps plus skins.  I'm not sure what happened to my account but ever since they deleted all my progress because I was trying to sync my ps account to my EA account I have had this problem.  Yet EA wants to point the finger elsewhere even though I have proven that it is not a Sony problem but an EA problem.

Can someone please just help me? I just want my coins that I paid for, and to have my account fixed.  I literally WANT to give EA my money and they are making it impossible.  This will be the last time I spend money on this game if I'm not given the coins that I paid for.  Even if they do I don't know why I would spend more money if I'm going to have to go through this again and be treated like crap by EA chat support. Is this really how you treat your customers?  Is stealing from me really a good business practice?  Previously when this happened I proved it to support and they gave me my coins.  Sure it was annoying to have to wait 24 hours and then wait another hour while proving my purchase to chat to get my coins but at least I got them.

This is getting beyond frustrating and I'm honestly tired of EA trying to blame Sony for something that is obviously a problem on their end.
