Bought Apex Coins and didn't receive them

I bought some Apex Coins from the Apex Legends store on PS4 and did not receive the coins.  This has happened MULTIPLE times now.  Basically every time it has happened, I've had to wait 24 hours, and...

Hey wwre ever able to get this resolved? I've been going through the same thing for almost a year now. Now support doesn't want to give me my purchases.

If you are reading this and expecting a fix then you are out of luck. They never fixed my problem nor did they really care.

This is what drove me away from the game and I was a day one player. Spent lots of money and lost almost everything. 

What a joke of a company. I left this game after this and never looked back. I’d suggest doing the same.

@EA_Blueberry  never did anything to help me besides give me the whole talk to support bs. This company and its customer service is pathetic.

    @Virji24 Glad you gave a conclusion just started the game last week bought 2 1000 coin bundles because I thought maybe I canceled the order, but after I bought it the second time I still wasn’t given any coins. Now I see this is a problem they’ve had for a long time and have no real intentions of fixing it, especially after the responses they gave you Looks it’s time to play another BR game. Just hate I had to get robbed to find out this isn’t the one.
