First of all thank you for responding and helping. As far as contacting support. I did wait 24 hours to make sure the coins didn't get there and when they didn't I contacted support. They told me that they wouldn't give me my coins. I will try again and see what happens and keep you updated.
As far as this being account specific, I know it is. My wife has an account on my playstation and has no problem with buying coins from the store and also for redeeming things from the PS store that are Apex related. When I've brought this up to chat support and even asked for it to be looked at by a specialist I have been told the same thing every time. They tell me there is nothing wrong with my account, and that next time I buy coins that I will receive them. I tell them that this is not going to be the case and they continually tell me that it is a time thing and that after 24 hours the coins will be in my account, even though they never are.
The last person told me that I needed to make a post here on these forums. I did and never even got a response. There is obviously something wrong with my account and support doesn't seem like they want to help me. They just keep telling me that my account is fine and yet I keep buying coins and not receiving them. Is there any other way to get this figured out besides dealing with chat support? They are usually not helpful, and often times just lie to me to get me to be done chatting.
The thing that really sucks is I've put A LOT of time and money into this game. A few months ago I was trying to sync my EA account to my PS account to get my Twitch Prime rewards. When they did that they deleted ALL my progress. So basically all the skins I had bought and earned were taken away from me. They left me with nothing. When I asked why this happened they told me I agreed to it, which I do not remember doing so and also they never proved to me that I did even though they said they had proof. Either way that was 100's of hours worth of grinding taken away from me not to mention all the money I had spent on the game on skins and Apex Packs (at least 300 dollars since the start of the game.)
I want to continue to support this game because it is one of my all time favorite games ever but things like this make me not want to. In fact I wanted to buy the physical edition of the game to get the skins but with everything happening with my account I'm almost certain I would not receive the items and I am almost certain that support would just tell me there was nothing they could do. I even had to eat 30 dollars worth of Apex Coins that I bought through Best Buy that also did not come through. Support said I had to talk to Best Buy about it even though it showed that the coins went through but I never actually received them.
I am beyond frustrated and just want my account fixed and to be given the coins that I have purchased. I will try once again today to talk to support about the coins I bought on 11/2 and did not receive. Again I will keep you updated on what they say.
