Re: (PS4) "Your login credentials might have expired."

Hey @GrandStephManual

Whenever your play an EA Game you do make an EA Account in order to access online features, this may be the same email on your PSN or possibly an older one when you went to play Apex Legends or any other game. Based on the message you can try resetting (steps below) if you have issues or can't get past the message then please reach out to an EA Game Advisor so they can further assist with your Account.

Reset Password:

  • Go to help.ea.com
  • Click sign in, top right
  • Select forgot password

I also have reset my password and regained access to my account but still keep getting the message that my login credentials have expired and to reset my password

  • This sum bs I did everything it said to do but it still keeps saying credentials might have expired

  • @EA_Illium I have this problem right now and have changed my password 10 times. Tried to fill out the case information and every time I put my email and name in and click submit it says request timed out every time.

For anyone still getting this message, that has already tried resetting your EA Account password. You will need to get in contact with an EA Advisor for further assistance, you can do so with the options below.

    • EA Advisor - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary
    • Twitter Select the message icon to get assistance
    • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page

@BombSquad1014 If you are trying to make a case and get that message, to confirm are you signed into an EA Account or as a guest? What support options are you selecting? Can you try some of the steps below?

    • Clear cache/cookies
    • Try incognito
    • Try another browser
    • Make sure you disable or allow through any pop-up blocker, Firewall, or disable any VPN
  • Ea advisors don’t answer the questions you ask them. They keep giving links for stuff I have already tried a 1000 times and the is no help from ea’s “advisors” * company locking out half their players because they haven’t played in a month or so

  • Yes, they are not helpful at all. EA has all of my information and I give it back to them except the name 2 EA games and dates you played them. You have my name, credit card info, stuff that proves it is me. And because I can't name games over a 15 year period of having the account you can't give me access to my account. Fix yourselves EA.

  • The same exact thing I've changed my password multiple times but the message keeps popping up not allowing me to play Madden 22
