Re: Apex Legends black screen 720p Do you have a solution?

Because I'm considerate of my teammates Which I have to be a hindrance, for example, low FPS, computer freezes and I can't see the enemy (this one I might be simpleton -_-')

If you edited something in the videoconfig file that might be why this is happening. Have you tried repairing the game in Origin to test and see if that helps at all? If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up. 

Let me know how that goes when you have a chance to give it a try.

Have you tried reverting the changes you made to the config file to see if that makes any difference at all?

why  720p can run in full screen and  1024x768  cant run? @EA_Kent ?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you having the same issue as the OP in this thread? Did you also make edits to your config file?

I even formatted my pc and installed the apex again and logged in to see if I could put it in full screen and nothing! everything default!

Ah, I see what you mean. Are you using a 4:3 aspect ratio?

yes! is the native of my monitor is 4: 3, for forcing me to use 16:9 this is bugging my resolution and I have this damn black bars

Gotcha. 

There was a patch earlier this year that disabled full-screen for 4:3 aspect ratio. We've received a lot of feedback on this since it happened and will continue forwarding it along to the Apex Legends team, but unfortunately I haven't heard any updates on of this change will be reverted in the future.

this game really has several problems, every season a bug happens, i see my fps falling more after this last update, i did everything to stabilize my fps formatted my pc installed apex again, optimized my windows all * you can think of I did only see the game dropping, problem with falling fps, input lag, lags, 4: 3 resolution that was disabled, it seems that everything turned into hell, I did you game respawn to stop giving answers in the topics thinking that the pc of others that are the problem, I follow this game from the beginning, for these are the problems that the developer has to take the attitude of fixing or that game will be left behind, do something that improves the performance of the apex!!
