Which datacenter are you connecting to? Have you tried switching to any others at the title screen to test and see if that makes any difference?

Can we try a few things to see if we can help stop this from happening? A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that please let me know. Thanks again.
I'm having the same issue. All other multi-player games are working. I have also Un-installed and reinstalled the game, still getting "Server shutting down-Internal server error"
Hi. I am also having the same issue on my xbox series x. I checked the link you sent and everything is in order.
Its wired up with the router beside it. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game along with restarting my router and I am still having the same issue. I check my connection and everything is fine. Also tried several data centers with no success.
Not sure where to go from here.

Can we also try changing the DNS to test and see if that makes a difference? I've seen cases in the past where using a different DNS can help with issues like this.
You can update the DNS settings using the following steps:
1. Open your Xbox Settings
2. Select General
3. Select Network
4. Choose Advanced Settings
5. Select DNS Settings
6. Select Manual
7. Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I've also heard that using the public Cloudflare DNS can also help (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1)
8. Save the changes
