Apex Legends not installing

after installing the most recent update on my Xbox I was able to play with no issues for the first couple of days after a bit I started encountering connection issues to the point where the lag made it unplayable and sometimes even freezing my screen entirely. I tried to play other games south as black ops and over watch and they played with no issues so I knew it wasn’t my internet, I proceeded to delete the apex legends and reinstall it in hopes of fixing the issue, but alas it did not, and I kept meeting the “pak error” as well as waiting on the “waiting for pre-cache” screen for 20 minutes to then be kicked to Home Screen. I decided after a bit of troubleshooting to go with the last ditch effort of factory resetting the console. I am now unable to even download it and have been stuck at 14gb with the “stopped installation” text above the download bar. I have canceled the installation and retried it, clearing cache, clearing the MAC address, and restarting the console via holding the power button for 10secs and unplugging for 30secs just to meet the same result. At this point I am not sure what to do, please help.
