None of these seemed to work. It's cross platform friends haven't been showing for a couple seasons now. The only way I can see my PS4 friends in the lobby or if they're in my club is if I switch to the PS4 version.

Could we try setting a different DNS on your PS4 to see if that helps? I've seen some cases where that can make a difference with similar issues.
You can change the DNS on your PS4 using the steps below:
- Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network
- Select Set Up Internet Connection
- Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your console is connected to the internet
- Select Custom
- Choose Automatic under IP Address Settings
- Choose Do Not Specify under DHCP Host Name
- Select Manual under DNS Settings
- Enter 8.8.8.8 as the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as the Secondary DNS. This is the public Google DNS, but I’ve also seen some people mention that using the public Cloudflare DNS has helped (Primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).
- Select Next
- Choose Automatic under MTU Settings
- Select Do Not Use under Proxy Server
- Select Test Internet Connection to confirm the changes and make sure you can connect.

I use those settings. I had them on my PS4 and now PS5. I think it changed during an update a while back. I'm not the only one with the issue.

- @EA_Kent I've gone through this thread and tried to do all of the same steps as well, and the issue persists both in the game as well as in the Origin Launcher and the EA Desktop App. I've gone so far as to reinstall Windows and even get a new router, but nothing has worked.

I am having the same issue. I have reached out to EA and they told me it was a update problem but I am on PC and have had this issue for a long time now!!
I have this problem also we can send friend req to each other but we can not see each other in the fdiends menu
